Sy stem limitations
The mir rors do not go into anti- glare mode in the
fo llowing situations:
RThe engine is switched off.
RRe versege ar is engaged.
RInte rior lighting is switched on.
Park ing position of the passenger outside
mir ror
The parking position makes parking easier.
The passenger outside mir ror tilts down wards
and sho wsthere ar wheel on the front passenger
side if:
RThe parking position is stored.
RThe passenger mir ror is selected.
RRe versege ar is engaged.
The passenger outside mir ror mo ves back toits
original position in thefo llowing situations:
RIf yo u shift the transmission toano ther trans‐
mission position.
RWhen driving fasterthan 9 mph (15 km/h).
RIfyo u press the button forth e outside mir ror
on the driver's side.

Opera tion of the ECO start/s top function
Mercedes -AMG vehicles: make sure that you
re ad the separate operating instructions. Other‐
wise, you may failto recognize dangers.

Re leasing the electric pa rking brake auto‐
matically
The elect ric park ing brake is released when the
fo llowing conditions are fulfilled:
RThe engine is running.
RThe seat belt tongue is inser ted into the seat
belt buckle of the driver&#39;s seat.
RThe transmission is in position hork and
yo udepr essthe accelera tor pedal or you shift from transmission position
jtoh or
k.
RIf th e transmission is in position k,the
trunk lid must be closed.
If th e seat belt tongue is not inser ted into the
seat belt buckle of the driver&#39;s seat, thefo llow‐
ing conditions must be fulfilled:

AIR BODY CONT ROL
AIR BODY CONT ROL function
AIR BODY CONTROL is an air suspension sy stem
with variable damping for impr oved driving com‐
fo rt. The all-round le vel control sy stem ensures
th e best possible suspension and const ant
ground clearance, even with a laden vehicle.
When driving at speed, theve hicle is lo wered
automatically toimpr ovedriving saf etyand to re
duce fuel consum ption. The option of manually
adjusting theve hicle le vel is also available.
AIR BODY CONTROL comprises:
