The light reminder chimewillsound ifthe driver's door
is opened whilethefollowing operations occur:

Be sure toturn theheadlight switchtothe ªOFFº
position whenyouleave thevehicle.
If the doors areclosed andlocked withtheremote
keyless entryorIntelligent Key system whilethe
headlight switchisin either the

position,
the battery saverfunction willturn offthe lights to
prevent thebattery frombeing discharged. Thelights
will turn onwhen thedoors arebeing opened.
CAUTION:
Do not leave thelights onwhen theengine isnot
running forextended periodsoftime toprevent
the battery frombeing discharged.

The headlight aimingcontrol operates whenthe
ignition switchisin the ªONº position andtheheadlight
is on toallow theheadlight axistobe adjusted
according tothe driving condition.
When driving withnoheavy load/luggage ordriving on
a flat road, select thenormal position ª0º.
If the number ofoccupants andload/luggage inthe
vehicle changes, theheadlight axismay become higher
than normal.
If the vehicle istraveling onahilly road, theheadlights
may directly shineonthe rearview andoutside mirrors
of avehicle aheadorthe windshield ofan oncoming
vehicle, whichmayobscure otherdrivers' vision.
T o adjust tothe proper aimingheight, turntheswitch
accordingly .The higher thenumber, designated onthe
switch, thelower theheadlight axis.

CAUTION:
. When handling thebulb, donot touch the
glass envelope.
. Donot leave thebulb outofthe headlight
reflector foralong period oftime asdust,
moisture andsmoke mayenter theheadlight
body andaffect theperformance ofthe
headlight.
Use thesame number andwattage asoriginally
installed:
Halogen headlight model
High/Low beambulb:60W/55W (H4)
Aiming adjustment isnot necessary ifonly thebulbs
are replaced. Whenaiming adjustment isnecessary ,
contact aNISSAN dealer.
