the ENTER/SETTING button.
3. Turn theTUNE´FOLDER dialuntil thepreferred

RDS stands forRadio DataSystem, andisadata
information servicetransmitted bysome radiostations
on the FM band (notAMband) encoded withina
regular radiobroadcast. Currently,most RDSstations
are inlarge cities, butmany stations arenow
considering broadcasting RDSdata.

5 seconds. Pushingthebutton againduring this5

If the SCAN tuningbutton isnot pushed within5
seconds, SCANtuningmoves tothe next station.

iP od isconnected tothe vehicle, theiPod music library
can only beoperated bythe vehicle audiocontrols.

underneath theDAB station name.Thisdisplays

mined bythe DAB station.
EAS inEAS test(displayed onthe screen asaPTY
name) isan abbreviation ofEmergency AlertSystem.
Occasionally ,in areas ofpoor DAB signal strength, the
full station nameinthe DAB Listand DAB mainscreen
might bedistorted. Inthis situation itmay stillbe
possible tolisten tothe particular radiostation, ata
reduced levelofsound quality,but this isnot always
possible. Thismayalso beshown inthe vehicle
information display.
