The GTW and towed load values indicated apply up to a maximum altitude of 1 000 metres; the towed load mentioned must
be reduced by 10 % for each additional 1 000 metres of alti tude.
The speed of a towing vehicle must not exceed 60 mph (100 k m/h) (comply with the legislation in force in your country).
High ambient temperatures may result in a reduction in the pe rformance of the vehicle in order to protect the engine; when
the ambient temperature is higher than 37 °C, limit the we ight towed.
*** The weight of the braked trailer may be increased, within the GTW limit, on condition that the GVW o f the towing vehicle is reduced
by the same amount; warning, towing using a lightly loaded towing vehicle may adversely affect its road holding performance.

S e l e c t : - visual warnings, - audible warnings with an a n n o u n c e m e n t d u r a t i o n ( i n s e c o n d s ) , - warn during guidance only, then select OK and press the dial to c o n fi r m .
These functions are only available if the hazardou s areas have been downloaded and installed on the system. T h e h a z a r d o u s a r e a s a r e , i n g e n e r a l , fi x e d s p e e d c a m e r a s , l e v e l crossings, dangerous uphill and downhill gradients. They may change on a regular basis.
Repeat steps 1 to 5 of the guidance option.

W h e n a l l o f t h e m e s s a g e s o n the route are selected, the addition of a g e o g r a p h i c a l fi l t e r i s r e c o m m e n d e d ( w i t h i n a r a d i u s o f 3 m i l e s ( 5 k m ) f o r e x a m p l e ) t o r e d u c e t h e n u m b e r o f messages displayed on the map.
