Manual operation
5. Mono-zone / Dual-zone
The air conditioning is designed to operate effectively in all seasons,
with the windows closed.
6. Air conditioning On / Off
It allows you:
- in summer, to lower the temperature,
- in winter, above 3°C, to improve demistin
gperformance.


7. Maximum air conditioning
If you want to temporarily refresh theair in the passenger compartment,
press this button and "LO"isdisplayed.
With Stop & Start, when demisting has been switched on, the Diesel engine does not stop.Switchin
g on) Press the "A/C"button, the associated green indicator lamp comes on.The air conditioning does not operate when
the air flow control is set to off.
Switching off) Press the "A /C "
button again, the
associated green indicator lamp goes off.Switching off the air conditioning may result in
some discomfort (humidity, misting). To return to the previous settings, press the
button a
gain.

Switching the system off

Press this button for recirculation of the interior air. The indicator
lamp on the button comes on.

Air recirculation enables the passenger compartment to be isolated from exterior
odours and smoke. It is activated automaticallywhen operating the screenwash.

Avoid driving for long periods with the system off (risk of condensation and deterioration of the air quality).
Pressing the "full fan"buttonreactivates the system with the valuesin use at the time it was switched off.
The air flow symbol, the fan, fills progressivelyaccording to the value requested.
Thi
s action switches off all of the functions of the air
conditioning system.
Temperature related comfor t is no longer guaranteed but a slight flow of air, due to theforward movement of the vehicle, can still be felt.
)As soon as possible, press this buttonagain to permit the intake of outside air and prevent the formation of condensation. The
indicator lamp in the button goes off.

Automatic operation


1. Automatic comfort programme

The Soft/Auto/Fast modes allow the driver
and front seat passenger to select their
desired comfort settings for the passenger compartment:

The driver and front passenger can each adjust
the temperature to their requirements.

The value indicated on the display corresponds
to a level of comfor t and not to a temperature in
degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.

thermal comfort and silence of
operation.

rear air conditioning and lock thesystem. A padlock appears in the
LCD screen. When the rear system is reactivated, automatic mode is selected with
the last temperature settings used.

Turn control 3or 4to the left (blue) or to the right (red)respectively to decrease or
increase this value.

A setting around the value 21 providesoptimum comfort. However, depending on your
requirements, a setting between 18 and 24 is
normal.
It is recommended that the difference between
left and right should not be greater 3. The air conditionin
g can only operate when the hybrid system is active (Ready lamp on).
Its effectiveness will be reduced when in electric mode (see the ECO OFF section).

10. Air intake / Air recirculation

when the ambient temperature is below 5°C to
guard against the risk of misting in the vehicle. ) As soon as possible, press this button
again to permit the intake of outside air and prevent the formation of condensation. The
indicator lamp in the button goes off.

Adjusting the rear passenger comfort level
1. Automatic comfort programme

button. The lamp in the button comes on.
We recommend that you use this mode. It automatically adjusts all settings to provide
optimum operation for the comfor t level chosen: passenger compar tment temperature, air flowand air distribution.
This system is designed to operate effectivelyin all seasons, with the windows closed.

windscreen and side windows.
Adjust the temperature control to quickly
demist /defrost the windows.
To switch it off, press the "visibility" button again, the warning lamp in the button goes off and the system rever ts to the previous settings.
)Select this programme to demist or defrost the windscreen andside windows as quickly as possible.

which heats the engine hot water circuit
to improve defrosting and to preheat thepassenger compartment.

This mode allows ventilation of the passenger compartment with exterior air to improve the
temperature experienced on entering the
vehicle in summer.

- the first clock to programme/store your departure time,
- the second clock to programme/store a
second depar ture time.



The immediate or programmedactivation of Ventilation mode depends on the temperatures inside and outsidethe vehicle.
Depending on the departure time chosen, the system calculates automatically the optimum
time to star t operating.
Using these two clocks and according to season you can, for example, select one or the other depar ture time. A message in the instrument panel screen confirms your choice.
Only one programmed or immediatepreheating/preventilation can beactivated between two starts of thevehicle.
The heating and the ventilation inimmediate or programmable mode isnot activated when: - the fuel level is too low,- the battery is not sufficientlycharged.
To p r ogramme the heating and the
ventilation, it is necessary to firstdeactivate the alarm volumetricmonitoring (see "Alarm").


Always switch off the programmableheating while refuelling to avoid any riskof fire or explosion.
To avoid the risk of intoxication andasphyxiation, the programmable heating must not be used, even for short periods, in an enclosed area such as a garage or workshop not equipped with exhaust gas extraction.
Do not park the vehicle on an inflammable sur face (dry grass, dead leaves, paper…), there is a risk of fire.
