When problems occur with the SiriusXM radio, a message will
appear on the screen. Refer to the table below to identify the prob-
lem, and take the suggested corrective action.

The SiriusXM antenna is not c onnected. Check whether the
SiriusXM antenna cable is at tached securely. Contact your
Toyota dealer for assistance.
A short circuit has occurred in the antenna or the surround-
ing antenna cable. Contact your Toyota dealer for assis-
tance.
“No Signal”The SiriusXM signal is too weak at the current location. Wait
until your vehicle reaches a l ocation with a stronger signal.
“Chan
Unavailable”The channel you selected is not broadcasting any program-
ming. Select another channel.
“Ch Unsub-
scribed”
The channel you selected is no longer available. Wait for
about 2 seconds until the radio returns to the previous chan-
nel or “Ch 001”. If i t does not change automatically, select
another channel.

your device does not sup-
port Bluetooth
®, the Blue-
tooth® audio system will not

phone when Bluetooth® audio is
being played.
●For operating the portable player,
see the instruction manual that
comes with it.
●If the Bluetooth® device is discon-
nected due to poor reception from
the Bluetooth
® network when the
engine switch <p ower switch> is
in ACC or ON, the system auto-
matically reconnects the portable
player.
●If the Bluetooth® device is discon-
nected on purpose, such as it was
turned off, this does not happen.
Reconnect the portable player
manually.
●Bluetooth® device information is
registered when the Bluetooth®
device is connected to the Blue-
tooth
® audio system. When selling
or disposing o f the vehicle,
remove the Bluetooth
® audio
information from the system.
