. system. Inspect the body near the
exhaust system.
Look for broken,
damaged, miming
or out-of-position
parts
as' well as open seams, holes,
loose connections,
or other
conditions which could cause a heat
build-up in the floor pan or could let
exhaust fumes into the vehicle. See "Engine Exhaust" in the Iridex.

Throttle Inspect the throttle linkage. for
Linkage interference or binding, and for
1nspectio.n damaged or missing parts.. Replace
parts as needed.

Check the gear lubricant.leve1 in’ the
rear axle and add if needed. See

loss in
this system may indicate a
problem. Check the system and
repair it if needed. If your vehicle is
used- to pull a trailer, have the rear
,axle gear .lubricant changed every
7,500 mile$ (12 500 kin).
