oChange the engine oil and oil filter.Under no circum-
stances should the oil change interval exceed 10 000 km
or 6 months whichever occurs first.*
oRotate tires.
oReplace the engine air filter.
oInspect the front suspension components, tie rod ends and
boot seals; replace if necessary.
oInspect the transfer case fluid; change if using your vehicle
for any of the following: police, taxi, fleet or frequent
trailer towing.
oInspect the brake linings; replace if necessary.
oInspect the CV joints.
oInspect the exhaust system.
oChange the automatic transmission fluid and filter.
oReplace the accessory drive belt(s).
* Oil changes that are prompted by the oil change indicator
system prior to this schedule maintenance interval can be
recorded in the oil change log section.
