1. PARKING THE VEHICLE

and wait in a safe location.
- I f p o s s i b l e , p a r k t h e v e h i c l e o n l e v e l , s t a b l e a n d n o n - s l i p p e r y
ground.
- A p p l y t h e h a n d b r a k e , s w i t c h o f f t h e i g n i t i o n a n d e n g a g e fi r s t o r r e v e r s e
gear. - I f a v a i l a b l e , p l a c e a c h o c k u n d e r
t h e w h e e l d i a g o n a l l y o p p o s i t e t h e
one to be changed.
I f t h e v e h i c l e i s fi t t e d w i t h a t o w b a r ;
it is sometimes necessary to raise
t h e v e h i c l e s l i g h t l y t o m a k e i t e a s i e r
t o r e m o v e t h e s p a r e w h e e l f r o m i t s
carrier.

2. TOOLS
- O p e n t h e l i d o f t h e s t o r a g e c o m p a r t m e n t l o c a t e d u n d e r t h e
seat on the right-hand side. If
necessary, move the seat forward
t o a c c e s s t h e s t o r a g e c o m p a r t m e n t
from the rear.
- U n s c r e w t h e n u t t h e n t a k e o u t t h e j a c k a n d t h e w h e e l b r a c e .
1. Wheelbrace.
2. J a c k .
3. Alloy wheel embellisher remover.
4. C h o c k .

3. SPARE WHEEL - D e t a c h t h e c a r r i e r f r o m t h e h o o k a n d p l a c e t h e s p a r e w h e e l n e a r t h e
wheel to be changed.
- Unscrew the bolt using the
wheelbrace until the carrier is
lowered fully.
- O p e n t h e r e a r d o o r s t o g a i n a c c e s s
t o t h e s p a r e w h e e l .

4. OPERATING PROCEDURE - P l a c e t h e j a c k i n c o n t a c t w i t h t h e l o c a t i n g p o i n t p r o v i d e d , t h e o n e
which is closest to the wheel to
b e c h a n g e d . E n s u r e t h a t t h e j a c k
is straight and that the base of
t h e j a c k i s f u l l y i n c o n t a c t w i t h t h e
ground.
- E x t e n d t h e j a c k t o l i f t t h e w h e e l clear of the ground.
- R e s u m e a n d c o m p l e t e t h e unscrewing of the wheel bolts.
- R e m o v e t h e b o l t s a n d r e m o v e t h e wheel.
D o n o t e x t e n d t h e j a c k u n t i l y o u h a v e
started unscrewing the bolts on the
w h e e l t o b e c h a n g e d a n d h a v e p l a c e d
t h e c h o c k u n d e r t h e w h e e l d i a g o n a l l y
o p p o s i t e .
- R e m o v e t h e t r i m p u l l i n g i t u s i n g t h e
embellisher remover.
- Loosen the wheel bolts and start unscrewing them. Anti-theft bolts
I f y o u r v e h i c l e i s fi t t e d w i t h w h e e l s w i t h
alloy rims:
- Each wheel has an anti-theft bolt.
- T h e s e b o l t s c a n b e l o o s e n e d u s i n g
y o u r a n t i - t h e f t s o c k e t ( g i v e n t o y o u
in delivery of your vehicle) and the
wheelbrace.

- L o w e r t h e v e h i c l e c o m p l e t e l y b y f o l d i n g t h e j a c k , t h e n r e m o v e t h e
j a c k .
- T i g h t e n t h e b o l t s a g a i n u s i n g t h e wheelbrace, tighten them fully
without forcing them.
- P l a c e t h e w h e e l t o b e r e p a i r e d i n the carrier. - S e c u r e t h e c a r r i e r o n t h e h o o k t h e n
raise the carrier using the bolt and
the wheelbrace.
Never go underneath a vehicle
t h a t i s s u p p o r t e d o n l y b y a
j a c k ( u s e a r a m p ) . N e v e r u s e
a s c r e w d r i v e r i n p l a c e o f t h e
wheelbrace.
5. FITTING THE SPARE WHEEL
- Position the wheel on the hub and
start tightening the bolts by hand.
- C a r r y o u t a n i n i t i a l t i g h t e n i n g o f t h e bolts using the wheelbrace.

f e a t u r e s " s e c t i o n o f c h a p t e r 8 t o
locate the tyre label.
REMOVABLE SNOW SCREEN
According to country, the removable
snow screen is installed on the lower
p a r t o f t h e f r o n t b u m p e r t o p r e v e n t t h e
accumulation of snow at the radiator
cooling fan.
Do not forget to remove the snow
s c r e e n w h e n t h e e x t e r i o r t e m p e r a t u r e
i s h i g h e r t h a n 1 0 ° C ( n o r i s k o f
snowfall) and when towing. FITTING
REMOVAL
- Pass a screwdriver into the hole

- Use the screwdriver as a lever to u n c l i p t h e f o u r c l i p s B in turn.

C a r r y o u t t h e o p e r a t i o n s i n r e v e r s e
o r d e r t o r e fi t e a c h b u l b a n d c h e c k t h a t
the bonnet is closed securely.
Type C
Halogen bulb: release the
r e t a i n i n g s p r i n g f r o m i t s
housing.
Halogen bulbs must be changed
w i t h t h e h e a d l a m p o f f . W a i t a f e w
m i n u t e s ( r i s k o f s e r i o u s b u r n s ) .
Do not touch the bulb directly with your
fi n g e r s , u s e l i n t - f r e e c l o t h s .
It is normal for condensation to form
i n s i d e t h e h e a d l a m p s . R e g u l a r u s e o f
the vehicle eliminates this misting. T h e b u l b s m u s t b e c h a n g e d w i t h
the ignition off or with the battery
d i s c o n n e c t e d . W a i t a p p r o x i m a t e l y
3 m i n u t e s a f t e r c h a n g i n g t h e b u l b
before reconnecting the battery.
C h e c k t h a t t h e l i g h t s o p e r a t e c o r r e c t l y
a f t e r e a c h o p e r a t i o n .

a n t i c l o c k w i s e .

- E n s u r e t h a t t h e c o v e r i s r e fi t t e d c o r r e c t l y o v e r i t s e n t i r e p e r i p h e r y

- E n s u r e t h a t t h e c o v e r i s r e fi t t e d c o r r e c t l y o v e r i t s e n t i r e p e r i p h e r y
to guarantee sealing.
FRONT LIGHTS

- R e m o v e t h e c e n t r e c o v e r b y p u l l i n g t h e fl e x i b l e r u b b e r t a b .
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- R e l e a s e t h e r e t a i n i n g t a b .
- C h a n g e t h e b u l b t a k i n g c a r e t o a l i g n t h e m e t a l p a r t w i t h t h e
grooves on the light.
- R e p o s i t i o n t h e r e t a i n i n g t a b .
- E n s u r e t h a t t h e c o v e r i s r e fi t t e d c o r r e c t l y o v e r i t s e n t i r e p e r i p h e r y
to guarantee sealing.

- R e m o v e t h e t h r e e m u d g u a r d fi x i n g c l i p s , l o c a t e d b e l o w t h e b u m p e r .
- M o v e t h e m u d g u a r d u p w a r d s .
- U n c l i p t h e f o g l a m p b y s q u e e z i n g t h e c l i p t o r e l e a s e i t .

R e m o v e t h e f o g l a m p f r o m t h e o u t s i d e . - T u r n t h e y e l l o w c o v e r a 1 / 4 t u r n t o o p e n .
- S e p a r a t e t h e c l i p s w h i c h s e c u r e the base of bulb on each side to
release the bulb.
- R e m o v e t h e b u l b b y p u l l i n g , k e e p i n g i t s t r a i g h t .
- Insert the new bulb, re-tighten the c l i p s a r o u n d t h e b a s e o f t h e b u l b
a n d c a r r y o u t t h e o p e r a t i o n s i n
r e v e r s e o r d e r t o p u t t h e l i g h t u n i t
a n d t h e b u m p e r b a c k i n p o s i t i o n . SIDE REPEATER
Type A , WY 5 W (amber)
- P u s h t h e r e p e a t e r t o w a r d s t h e r e a r a n d d i s e n g a g e i t b y p u l l i n g t h e
front.

- U n c l i p t h e l e n s b y s l i d i n g a screwdriver in the slots on each
side of the courtesy light.
- Pull the bulb and change it.
- C l i p t h e l e n s i n i t s h o u s i n g a n d ensure that it is secured correctly.

under the right-hand seat.
- Pull the light unit from the outside.
- Holding the light, disconnect the electrical connector. - M o v e a s i d e t h e 4 t a b s t h e n e x t r a c t
the bulb holder.
- R e m o v e t h e f a u l t y b u l b b y p r e s s i n g i t l i g h t l y w h i l e t u r n i n g i t
a n t i c l o c k w i s e .
- C h a n g e t h e b u l b .
When removing the light unit:
- w i t h t a i l g a t e , p u l l t h e l i g h t u n i t
towards the centre of the vehicle,
- w i t h h i n g e d d o o r s , p u l l t h e l i g h t u n i t towards you.
W h e n r e fi t t i n g , t a k e c a r e t o
r e p o s i t i o n t h e t a b s a n d t h e s u p p l y
w i r e c o r r e c t l y t o a v o i d t r a p p i n g t h e
wire.
After changing the rear direction
indicator bulb, the reinitialisation time is
m o r e t h a n a p p r o x i m a t e l y 2 m i n u t e s .
REAR LIGHTS
