press the lights stalk 
down.         I f   t h i s   i n d i c a t o r   l i g h t   fl   a s h e s   a b n o r m a l l y   q u i c k l y ,  
this could indicate that the electric bulb of one 
of the direction indicators has blown. Change 
the bulb or contact a  CITROËN  dealer. 
       Right-hand 
direction 
indicator     Flashing 
with 
buzzer  
   T h i s   fl   a s h e s   w h e n   y o u  
push the lights stalk up.         I f   t h i s   i n d i c a t o r   l i g h t   fl   a s h e s   a b n o r m a l l y   q u i c k l y ,  
this could indicate that the electric bulb of one 
of the direction indicators has blown. Change 
the bulb or contact a  CITROËN  dealer. 
       Main beam 
headlamps  
     F i x e d     This comes on when 
you pull the lights stalk 
towards you.   Pull the stalk to return to dipped headlamps. 
       Side lights  
     F i x e d     This comes on when 
the lights stalk is in the 
“Side lights” or “Dipped 
headlamps” position.   Turn the stalk to the position required. 
       Front fog 
lamps  
     F i x e d     This comes on when you 
use the front fog lamps.   Turn the ring on the stalk forwards to switch on 
the fog lamps. 
       Rear fog lamps  
     F i x e d     This comes on when you 
use the rear fog lamps.   Turn the ring on the stalk forwards to switch on 
the fog lamps. 
       Cruise control  
     F i x e d     This comes on when the 
mode is active.   Press the “ON/OFF” button to activate/
deactivate the mode.

CHANGING A BULB 
  Handle  the  bulbs  using  a  dry  
cloth.  
  
Do  not  clean  the  headlamps 
using a dry or abrasive cloth, or us- 
ing detergent or solvent products, 
 
use a sponge and soapy water.    In  certain  climatic  conditions 
(low  temperature,  humidity),   
t  
he 
presence  of  condensation  on  the 
inside  of  the  headlamp  glass  is 
normal  ; it disappears a few minutes 
after the lights are switched on.  
  Front lights 
  Blown bulb  
 Refer  to  the  appropriate  procedure  to  
change the corresponding bulb.  
   1.     Direction indicators    
(PY21W - 21 W).  
  2.     Dipped headlamps (H11 - 55 W)     or xenon bulb (D2S - 35 W).  
  3.    Side lights (W5W - 5 W).   
  4.    Main beam headlamps (H7 - 55 W).  
  5.    Front fog lamps     (H11 - 55 W).      WARNING: RISK OF  
ELECTROCUTION 
 Xenon  bulbs  must  be  replaced  by  a  
CITROËN  dealer. 
 Operating  procedure  for  replacing  a 
faulty bulb with a new bulb.

                                           Rear lights

Fog lamps (W21W - 21 W).      Changing the brake lights / side 
lights and direction indicators  
 These  two  bulbs  are  changed  from  
outside with the tailgate open:  
   
      Open the tailgate (refer to the  
“Access” section), 
  
       R e m o v e   t h e   t w o   l i g h t   fi   x i n g   b o l t s     A , 
  
       E x t r a c t   t h e   l i g h t   f r o m   o u t s i d e ,     
      Turn the pin   C  to the left and remove it. 
  
      Pull the bulb   D  and change it .  
   T o    r e fi   t ,    c a r r y    o u t    t h e s e    o p e r a t i o n s    i n  
reverse order. 
  
      Turn the pin   B  to the left and remove it. 
  
      Pull the bulb and change it.     W h e n    r e fi   t t i n g    t h e    l i g h t ,    a l i g n    t h e  
two  pins  
E  with  the  openings  on  the 
vehicle.  
 Amber  coloured  bulbs,  such  as  the 
direction indicators, must be replaced 
 w i t h    b u l b s    o f    i d e n t i c a l    s p e c i fi   c a t i o n  
and colour. 
  Changing the third brake light 
(diodes)  
   All  work  on  the  diode  lights  must  be  
carried out by a  CITROËN  dealer.
