Under-inflation fixed, accompanied by an audible signal and a message.
The pressure in one or more wheels is too low. Check the pressure of the tyres as soon as possible. This check should preferably be carried out when the tyres are cold. You must reinitialise the system after the adjustment of one or more tyre pressures and after changing one or more wheels. For more information, refer to the "Under-inflation detection" section.
+ flashing then fixed, accompanied by the Service warning lamp.
The system has fault: the tyre pressures are no longer monitored. Check the tyre pressures as soon as possible. have the system checked by a CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop.

Safety
Before reinitialising the system, ensure that the pressures of the four tyres are correct for the use of the vehicle and in line with the recommendations on the tyre pressure label. The under-inflation detection system does not give a warning if a pressure is incorrect at the time of reinitialisation.
The loss of pressure detected does not always cause visible bulging of the tyre. Do not satisfy yourself with just a visual check.
The alert is maintained until the system is reinitialised.
Under-inflation alert
This is given by fixed illumination of this warning lamp, accompanied by an audible signal and the display of a message.
 Reduce speed immediately, avoid excessive steering movements and sudden braking  Stop the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do s o .
 If you have a compressor (such as the one in the temporary puncture repair kit), check the pressures of the four tyres when cold. If it is not possible to carry out this check straight away, drive carefully at reduced speed. o r  In the event of a puncture, use the temporary puncture repair kit or the spare wheel (depending on equipment),
Reinitialisation
It is necessary to reinitialise the system every time one or more tyre pressure is adjusted, and after changing one or more wheels. A label attached to the middle pillar, driver's side, gives a reminder of this.

Safety
Reinitialisation of the system is done using the button in the glove box, with the ignition onand the vehicle stationary . vehicle stationary . vehicle stationary
 Open the glove box.  Make a long press on this button. Reinitialisation is confirmed by an low-pitched audible signal.
A high-pitched audible signal indicates that the reinitialisation has not been done. The audible signal is accompanied by a message, if your vehicle has a display screen.
The new pressure settings registered are considered to be reference values by the s y s t e m .
Operating fault
The under-inflation alert is only dependable if the system has been reinitialised with all four tyres inflated to the correct pressures.
Snow chains
The system does not have to be reinitialised after fitting or removing snow chains.
Before doing anything to the system, the pressures of the four tyres must be checked and the system reinitialised.
The flashing and then fixed illumination of the under-inflation warning lamp accompanied by illumination of the Service warning lamp indicates a fault with the system. In this case, under-inflation monitoring of the tyres is no longer assured. Have the system checked by a CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop.

Child safety
Passenger airbag OFF
Deactivating the passenger's front airbag
Never install a rear ward facing child restraint system on a seat protected by an active front airbag. This could cause the death of the child or serious injury.
For information on deactivating the passenger's front airbag, refer to the "Airbags" section.
The warning label present on both sides of the passenger's sun visor repeats this advice. In line with current legislation, the following tables contain this warning in all of the languages required.
This label is located on the middle door pillar, passenger side.
