DRIVING
SPEED LIMITER
System which prevents the vehicle from
exceeding the speed programmed by
the driver.
When the programmed speed limit is
reached, pressing the accelerator pedal in
the normal manner no longer has any effect.
The controls of this system are grouped
together on stalk A .

The speed limiter cannot, in any
circumstances, replace the need
to respect speed limits, nor can it
replace the need for vigilance and
responsibility on the part of the
driver.
The speed limiter is
switched on manu-
ally: it requires a programmed speed of
at least 20 mph (30 km/h).
The speed limiter is switched off by
manual operation of the control.
The programmed speed can be ex-
ceeded temporarily by pressing the ac-
c e l e r a t o r fi r m l y .
To return to the programmed speed,
simply slow down to a speed below the
programmed speed.
The programmed speed remains in the
memory when the ignition is switched
off.

CRUISE CONTROL
System which automatically maintains
the speed of the vehicle at the value
programmed by the driver, without any
action on the accelerator pedal.
The cruise control is switched on
manually: it requires a minimum vehicle
speed of 25 mph (40 km/h) and the en-
gaging of at least 4th gear.
The controls of this system are grouped
together on lever A .

The cruise control cannot, in any
circumstances, replace the need
to respect speed limits, nor can it
replace the need for vigilance and
responsibility on the part of the
driver.
The cruise control is
switched off manu-
ally or by pressing the brake or clutch
pedal or on triggering of the ESP sys-
tem for safety reasons.
It is possible to exceed the programmed
speed temporarily by pressing the ac-
celerator pedal.
To return to the programmed speed,
simply release the accelerator pedal.
Switching off the ignition cancels any
programmed speed value.

Fixing the steel or "space-
saving" type spare wheel
I f y o u r v e h i c l e i s fi t t e d w i t h a l l o y
wheels, it is normal to notice, when
t i g h t e n i n g t h e b o l t s o n fi t t i n g , t h a t t h e
washers do not come into contact
with the steel or "space- saving" type
s p a r e w h e e l . T h e w h e e l i s s e c u r e d b y
t h e c o n i c a l c o n t a c t o f e a c h b o l t .
Access to the spare wheel
The spare wheel is installed under the
b o o t fl o o r .
According to country, the spare wheel
may be steel or of the "space saving"
t y p e .
To gain access to it, refer to the para-
graph "Access to the tools" on the previ-
o u s p a g e .
Taking out the wheel
Unscrew the yellow central bolt, and
r e m o v e i t .
Raise the spare wheel towards you
f r o m t h e r e a r .
T a k e t h e w h e e l o u t o f t h e b o o t .
Putting the wheel back in place
P u t t h e w h e e l b a c k i n i t s h o u s i n g .
R e fi t t h e y e l l o w c e n t r a l b o l t i n t h e

Tighten fully until the central bolt

Parking the vehicle
Immobilise the vehicle where it

Apply the handbrake, switch off the
i g n i t i o n a n d e n g a g e fi r s t g e a r t o
l o c k t h e w h e e l s .
If necessary, place a chock under
the wheel diagonally opposite the
w h e e l t o b e c h a n g e d .
It is imperative that you ensure that
the occupants get out of the vehicle
a n d w a i t w h e r e t h e y a r e s a f e .
Never go underneath a vehicle
raised using a jack; use an axle
s t a n d .
Removing the wheel
List of operations
Remove the chromed bolt cover from
each of the bolts using the tool 3 .
Fit the anti-theft socket 5 on the
wheelbrace 1 to unlock the anti-theft
b o l t .
Unlock the other bolts using the
wheelbrace 1 o n l y .
Place the jack 2 in contact with one
of the two front A or rear B locations
provided on the underframe, which-
ever is closest to the wheel to be
c h a n g e d .
Extend the jack 2 until its base plate
i s i n c o n t a c t w i t h t h e g r o u n d . E n s u r e
that the centreline of the jack base
plate is directly below the location A
or B u s e d .
Raise the vehicle until there is suf-
fi c i e n t s p a c e b e t w e e n t h e w h e e l a n d
the ground to admit the spare (not
p u n c t u r e d ) w h e e l e a s i l y .
Remove the bolts and store them in
a c l e a n p l a c e .
R e m o v e t h e w h e e l .

After changing a wheel
To store the punctured wheel in the
b o o t c o r r e c t l y , fi r s t r e m o v e t h e c e n -
t r a l c o v e r .
When using the "space-saving"
type spare wheel, do not exceed
5 0 m p h ( 8 0 k m / h ) .
Have the tightening of the bolts and
the pressure of the spare wheel
checked by a CITROËN dealer
w i t h o u t d e l a y .
Have the punctured wheel repaired
and replace it on the vehicle as
s o o n a s p o s s i b l e .
Fitting the wheel

Put the wheel in place on the hub
using the centring guide 4 .
Screw in the bolts by hand as far as
p o s s i b l e .
Pre-tighten the anti-theft bolt using
the wheelbrace 1 fi t t e d w i t h t h e a n t i -
theft socket 5 .
Pre-tighten the other bolts using the
wheelbrace 1 o n l y .

When towing with the engine off,
there is no longer any braking or
s t e e r i n g a s s i s t a n c e .

RECEIVING A CALL
An incoming call is announced by a ring and a superimposed display on the multifunction screen.
Select the YES tab on the screen u s i n g t h e b u t t o n s a n d c o n fi r m b y p r e s s i n g O K .
P r e s s T E L o r O K o n t h e s t e e r i n g w h e e l c o n t r o l s t o a c c e p t t h e c a l l .
From the Bluetooth telephone function Audio menu, select Manage the telephone call then call, call list or directory.
Press the TEL steering wheel control, or press and h o l d O K f o r a c c e s s t o y o u r d i r e c t o r y . Or To dial a number, use your telephone's keypad, with the vehicle stationary.
MAKING A CALL
Initiate the pairing between the telephone and the vehicle. This pairing can be initiated from the vehicle's telephone function menu or via the telephone's keypad. See steps 1 to 10 on the previous pages. During the pairing phase, the vehicle must be stationary with the ignition on.
Select the telephone to be connected from the telephone function menu. The audio system connects to a newly paired telephone automatically.
BLUETOOTH AUDIO STREAMING
(AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON MODEL AND VERSION)
