Cornering lighting
This system, if fitted to your vehicle, makes use of   the   beam   from   a   front   foglamp   to   illuminate

he   inside   of   a   bend,   when   the   main   or   dipped  
b
eam   headlamps   are   on   and   the   vehicle   speed  
i
s   below   25   mph   (approximately   40   km/h)  
(
urban   driving,   winding   road,   junctions,   parking  
m
anoeuvres...). with cornering lighting
without cornering lighting
Switching on
This system starts:
-  w hen   the   corresponding   direction   indicator

s   switched   on,
or

 rom   a   certain   angle   of   rotation   of   the

teering

 heel.
Switching off
The system does not operate:
-  b elow   a   certain   angle   of   rotation   of   the

teering

 heel,

 bove   25   mph   (40   km/h),

 hen   reverse   gear   is   engaged.
The

Directional lighting
When the dipped or main beam headlamps are o
n,   this   system   allows   the   light   beams   to   better

ollow   the   road.

Adjusting the jets
The f ront  w ashers  i nclude  a n  a djustment  f or  t he  
h
eight   of   delivery   from   the   jets.
If
  you   want   to   modify   the   factory   setting,   turn  
t
he   screw   on   each   jet   anti-clockwise,   towards  
t
he   "+"   to   raise   the   jet   or   clockwise,   towards  
t
he "-"   to   lower   it.
Headlamp wash
F Pull  the   windscreen   wiper   stalk   towards  y
ou.   The   windscreen   wash   then   the  
w
indscreen   wipers   operate   for   a   fixed  
p
eriod.
A
  few   moments   after   releasing   the   wiper   stalk,  
t
here   is   a   last   wipe   to   clear   any   runs   from   the  
sc
reen. The
  headlamps   operate   when   the   vehicle   is  m
oving   and   when   the   dipped   beam   headlamps  
a
re   on.   However,   to   reduce   the   consumption  
o
f   screenwash   fluid,   the   headlamp   wash   only  
o
perates   with   every   7th   use   of   the   screenwash  
o
r   once   every   25   miles   (40   km),   during   a   given  
j
o u r n ey.

Do not cover the rain sensor, linked with the   sunshine   sensor   and   located   in   the c
entre   of   the   windscreen   behind   the   rear
 v
iew   mirror.
Switch
  off   the   automatic   rain   sensitive
 w
ipers   when   using   an   automatic   car   wash.
In
  winter,   it   is   advisable   to   wait   until   the
 w
indscreen   is   completely   clear   of   ice
 b
efore   activating   the   automatic   rain
 sen
sitive
 w
 ipers.
Operating fault
If a fault occurs with the automatic rain sensitive wipers, the wipers will operate in 
intermittent
  mode.

  it   checked   by   CITROËN   dealer   or   a

 orkshop.

automatically,

Panoramic sunroof
F Rotate the control A   to   slide   the   roof   blind  t
o   the   desired   position   (positions   1 to 4).
Closing the roof blind Anti-pinch
It is fitted with an electrically controlled blind.
Opening the roof blind
F Rotate the control A to position 0 to close 
the   roof   blind. The
  blind   has   an   anti-pinch   function.
At   the   end   of   its   travel,   when   the   blind  
e
ncounters   an   obstacle   on   closing,   it   stops   and  
m
oves   back   slightly.
Following   a   fault   or   after   a   battery  
d
isconnection   during   the   movement   of   the   blind  o
r   after   it   has   stopped,   you   must   re-initialise   the  an
ti-pinch f unction:

Interior mood lighting
The dimmed passenger compartment lighting improves visibility in the vehicle when the light is p
o o r.
The
  interior   mood   lighting   can   be   activated

r   deactivated   via   the   "Driving assistance " 
menu,
  then   "Vehicle settings ".
The
  soft   lighting   provided   by   the   footwell   lamps  
i
mproves   visibility   in   the   vehicle   when   the   light  
i
s   poor.
At
  night,   the   lighting   of   the   dashboard,   centre  
c
onsole,   courtesy   lamp..   come   on   automatically  
w
hen   the   sidelamps   are   switched   on.
The
  interior   mood   lighting   switches   off  
a
utomatically   when   the   sidelamps   are   switched  
o
f f.

Its operation is identical to that of the courtesy lamps.   The   lamps   come   on   when   one   of   the

oors   is   opened.
