For economical driving, caring for the environment
The fuel consumption of a vehicle varies greatly : - according to the driver's style of driving (moderate, aggressive, fast, ...), - according to the type of journeys made (urban, main road, motor way, flowing, heavy traffic, …) and the speed.
Main recommendations for driving economically
Hybrid mode selector
To optimise fuel consumption, use the Auto mode of the selector whenever possible (the mode is activated automatically when starting) including for urban journeys. This mode optimises the use of the energy sources (internal combustion engine and/or electric) contrary to other modes, which are for use in particular cases.
Gear lever
Use the automatic mode A as much as possible as this optimises gear changes to suit the requirements.
Causes of high consumption and checks
As with any vehicle, limit overloading, wind resistance (windows open above 30 mph (50 km/h), roof bars, loaded or not, …), the use of power consumers (air conditioning, heated seats, heated rear screen, …). Observe the recommendations on checks (regular check of tyre pressures, correct tyre pressures, …) and routine servicing.
Drive smoothly
Stay in the "eco" zone displayed in the energy consumption / generation indicator: accelerate gently, drive at steady speeds using the speed limiter or cruise control as soon as possible. Use the "charge"zone: anticipate the need to slow down by taking your foot off the accelerator rather than braking. The movement of the energy consumption / generation indicator needle (into the "charge" zone), shows the level of energy recovery.

See the impact of your style of driving and the type of journey by reviewing the history of your energy consumption. Refer to the "Multifunction screens" section.

Head-up display
This system projects speed and cruise control/speed limiter information onto a smoked strip in the driver's field of vision, so that they do not need to take their eyes off the road.
Central storage containing various systems
It is illuminated, cooled and provides storage and locations for systems and loose items (USB Player, location for a bottle, ...).

Driving safely
Speed limiter "LIMIT"
1. Selecting speed limiter mode. 2. Decrease the programmed value. 3. Increase the programmed value. 4. Pause/resume speed limiter.
5. Display of the memorised speeds (by the audio system memory). These values must be set with the hybrid system active.
Cruise control "CRUISE"
1. Selecting cruise control mode. 2. Programming a speed / Decrease the programmed value. 3. Programming a speed / Increase the
programmed value. 4. Pause/resume cruise control. 5. Display of the memorised speeds (by the audio system memory). In order to be programmed or activated, the vehicle speed must be higher than 25 mph (40 km/h), with at least 2 nd gear engaged.

A. Main lighting and controls dimmer. B. - Successive short presses: under-inflation detection, recall servicing information, alert log. - Long press: reset the function selected to zero (service indicator or trip recorder).

75Monitoring
System allowing certain screens to be switched off for night driving (available only with eMyWay). The instrument panel remains on with the vehicle speed, electronic gearbox gear selected, cruise control or speed limiter information, if in use, and the low fuel alerts if necessary. If there is an alert or a change in a function or to a setting, the black panel mode is interrupted.

 move the seat fully back,  fit the mat in place,  engage the fixings by pressing down on them.
Fitting
Removal
To remove the mat on the driver's side:  move the seat fully back,  disengage the fixings, leaving the fixing pins in the floor carpet,  remove the mat.
Refitting
To refit the mat on the driver's side:  position the mat correctly,  refit the fixings by pressing,  check that the mat is secured correctly.
To avoid any risk of jamming of the pedals: - only use mats which are suited to the fixings already present in the vehicle; these fixings must be used, - never fit one mat on top of another. The use of mats not approved by
CITROËN may inter fere with access to the pedals and hinder the operation of the cruise control / speed limiter.
 To use the cigarette lighter, press it in and wait a few seconds until it pops out automatically.  To connect a 12 V accessory (max power: 120 W), remove the cigarette lighter and connect a suitable adaptor. You can use this socket to connect a telephone charger, a bottle warmer... After use, put the cigarette lighter back into
place straight away.

Head-up display
System which projects information onto a transparent strip in the field of vision of the driver so that they do not have to take their eyes off the road. This system operates when the hybrid system is active and the settings are stored when the ignition is switched off.
1. Head-up display on / off. 2. Display height adjustment. 3. Brightness adjustment.
Once the system has been activated, the information projected in the head-up display is: A. The speed of your vehicle. B. Cruise control/speed limiter information.

Memorising speeds This memorising of speeds applies to both the speed limiter and the cruise control.
 Go to the main menu by pressing the "MENU"button.
You can memorise up to 5 speeds in the system. By default, some speeds are already memorised.
For safety reasons, the driver must only carry out these operations using the audio system screen when stationary.
 Go to the main menu by pressing "SET UP" .
With the Audio System With eMyWay
 Select the "Personalisation-configuration" menu and confirm.  Select " Vehicle parameters" menu and confirm.  Select the "Driving assistance" line and conform.  Select the "Speeds memorised" line and confirm.  Modify the speed.  Select " OK " and confirm to save the modifications.

Access
 Press the steering mounted "MEM" button to display the list of memorised speeds.
Selection
To select a memorised speed:  Press and hold the "+" or "-" button; the system stops at the nearest memorised speed.  Press and hold the "+" or "-" button again to select another memorised speed. A reminder of the speed and the state of the system (active / inactive) is displayed in the instrument panel.
