Detach from clips the cable from the
accelerat ion pe da l ( 3) by ha rpo on ( 5)
compressing.
Accele ration control

Pedal bearing attac hment nut 0.8
Dismoun t the bearing attachment nut ( 2) and
release the pedal.
R EMOU NT I NG
Perform the dismounting operations in the
reverse orde r, taking into consideration the
following: -before bearing ( 6) closing, grease the
contact parts with the pedal a nd check if t he
pedal rotation in the be aring is done without
noises or locks;
-adjust the pedal stroke at the
“maximum” position of t he valve, which is
obtained by pushing the pedal until pressing on
the limiting part (4).

bearing attachment nut is of 0.8 daNm. ACCELERATION CABLE
D etach from clips the cable from the
acceleration pedal ( 3) by harpoon ( 5)
compressing. Release the acceleration cable ( 1) from the
valve lever ( A).
Detach from clips the acceleration cable and
release it.
R EMOU NT I NG
First attach the acceleration cable to the
valve lever ( A), and then attach by clips the
other end on the acceleration pedal arm. Push the acceleration pedal until pressing on
the limiting part ( 4) (2-3 pushing). In this
position, the length adjustment is done.
In case of t he buffe r replacement ( 6), the
clip from the cable is to be placed at a 34 mm
position and after that, the a.m. a djustment is
to be performed.
