          Inspection
         1) Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheels. On Dakota 4WD,
reinstall and tighten lug nuts to secure

Install wheel and tire assembly. Tighten lug nuts so they are snug,
but DO NOT tighten to final torque specifications.
