When operating your vehicle with asnowplow:
•Do not exceed 45 mph (72 km/h).
•Your engine could run at a highertemperature than normal.
•If you are driving more than 15 mi(24 km) at temperatures abovefreezing, angle the plow bladeeither full left or full right to providemaximum airflow to the radiator.
•If you are driving less than 15 mi(24 km) at speeds up to 45 mph(72 km/h) in cold weather, you donot need to worry about bladeposition to provide maximumairflow.
•Shift to 4L when plowing in small areasat speeds below 5 mph (8 km/h).
•Shift to 4H when plowing larger areasor light snow at higher speeds above5 mph (8 km/h). Do not exceed15 mph (24 km/h).
•Do not shift the transmission from aforward gear to reverse (R) until theengine is at idle and the wheels havestopped.
Note:Careless or high-speed driving whensnowplowing, which results in significantvehicle decelerations, can deploy the airbag.Such driving also increases the risk ofaccidents.
Note:Drive your vehicle at least 500 mi(800 km) before using your vehicle forsnowplowing.
SNOWPLOW MODE
WHAT IS SNOWPLOW MODE
Snowplow mode reduces vehicle electricalload to allow the electrical system to havesufficient power to support residentialsnowplow use.
SWITCHING SNOWPLOW MODEON AND OFF
Vehicles receive a physical button in theinstrument panel or an option in the SYNCmenu to enable snowplow mode.
Snowplow mode does not remember thesetting when you switch your vehicle off.You must re-enable the mode every timeyou wish to use it.
The following features turn off and aredisabled in snowplow mode and cannotbe turned back on until snowplow modeis switched off:
•120 V inverter.
•Fog lamps.
•Heated and cooled front seats.
The body module also activates thesnowplow relay that provides power toaftermarket snowplow controls.
Note:The electrical system supports theaddition of a residential snowplow of up to60 A continuous, and snowplow lights ofup to 20 A continuous using snowplowmode. The system does not supportsnowplow usage with additional electricalaftermarket accessories.
Push Button (If Equipped)
Press the snowplow button on theinstrument panel to switch on snowplowmode. The snowplow button illuminatesand a message displays.
Press the snowplow button or switch offthe vehicle to switch off snowplow mode.
Using SYNC (If Equipped)
1.Press Features on the touchscreen.
2.Press Snow Plow Mode.
3.Switch Snow Plow Mode on or off.

Removing the Jumper Cables
Remove the jumper cables in the reverseorder that they were connected.
Note:Do not switch the headlamps onwhen disconnecting the cables. The peakvoltage could blow the bulbs.
POST-CRASH ALERT SYSTEM
WHAT IS THE POST-CRASHALERT SYSTEM
The system helps draw attention to yourvehicle in the event of a serious impact.
HOW DOES THE POST-CRASHALERT SYSTEM WORK
The system is designed to turn the hazardflashers on, turn the courtesy lamps on,intermittently sound the horn and unlockall doors in the event of a serious impactthat deploys an airbag or the seatbeltpretensioners.
POST-CRASH ALERT SYSTEMLIMITATIONS
Depending on applicable laws in thecountry your vehicle was built for, the horndoes not sound in the event of a seriousimpact.
SWITCHING THE POST-CRASHALERT SYSTEM OFF
Press the hazard flasher switch, the unlockbutton on the remote control, the panicbutton on the remote control or cycle theignition to switch the system off.
Note:The alert turns off when the vehiclebattery runs out of charge.
AUTOMATIC CRASH SHUTOFF
WHAT IS AUTOMATIC CRASHSHUTOFF
The automatic crash shutoff is designedto stop the fuel going to the engine in theevent of a moderate or severe crash.
Note:Not every impact causes a shutoff.
AUTOMATIC CRASH SHUTOFFPRECAUTIONS
WARNING: If your vehicle has beeninvolved in a crash, have the fuel systemchecked. Failure to follow this instructioncould result in fire, personal injury ordeath.
RE-ENABLING YOUR VEHICLE
1.Switch the ignition off.
2.Attempt to start your vehicle.
3.Switch the ignition off.
4.Attempt to start your vehicle.
Note:If your vehicle does not start after thethird attempt, have your vehicle checked assoon as possible.

CLEANING THE INTERIOR
CLEANING THE INSTRUMENTPANEL
WARNING: Do not use chemicalsolvents or strong detergents whencleaning the steering wheel orinstrument panel to avoid contaminationof the airbag system.
We recommend that you only clean theinstrument panel and cluster lens with adamp soft cloth. Dry the area with a clean,soft cloth.
For additional information and assistance,we recommend that you contact anauthorized dealer.
Note:Avoid cleaners or polishes thatincrease the gloss of the upper portion ofthe instrument panel. The dull finish in thisarea helps protect you from undesirablewindshield reflection.
CLEANING PLASTIC
We recommend that you only use a mildsoap and water solution on a soft cloth.Dry the area with a clean, soft cloth.
CLEANING DISPLAYS ANDSCREENS
We recommend that you only use amicrofiber cloth in a circular motion toclean off the fingerprint or dust.
If dirt or fingerprints are still on the screen,apply a small amount of alcohol to thecloth and try to clean it again.
Note:Do not pour or spray alcohol onto thetouchscreen.
Note: Do not use detergent or any type ofsolvent to clean the touchscreen.
CLEANING FABRIC
WARNING: On vehicles equippedwith seat-mounted airbags, do not usechemical solvents or strong detergents.Such products could contaminate theside airbag system and affectperformance of the side airbag in a crash.
We recommend that you only clean fabricin the following way:
1.Remove dust and loose dirt with avacuum cleaner.

3.Make sure the leather is dry, then applya small amount of conditioner to aclean, dry cloth.
4.Rub the conditioner into the leatheruntil it disappears. Allow theconditioner to dry, then repeat theprocess for the entire interior. If a filmappears, wipe it off with a dry, cleancloth.

1.Wipe the surface with a soft, dampcloth and a mild soap and watersolution. Dry the area with a clean, softcloth.
CLEANING MOONROOF TRACKS
1.Remove debris from the tracks with avacuum cleaner.
2.Wipe the bulb seal and mating paintedroof metal surface with a soft, dampcloth and a mild soap and watersolution.
Note:The moonroof rail tracks are greasedto maintain proper functionality. Do notwipe off the grease.

Check Every Six Months
The seatbelts and seat latches for wear and function.
Safety warning lamps, brake, ABS, airbag and seatbelt for operation.
The washer spray and wiper operation. Clean or replace blades as necessary.

To the extent permittedby law, any claim or dispute under thisEULA to which this Section applies mustbe filed within one year in small claimscourt (Section c) or in arbitration (Sectiond). The one-year period begins when theclaim or dispute first could be filed. If sucha claim or dispute is not filed within oneyear, it is permanently barred.
(I) Severability. If the class action waiver(Section e) is found to be illegal orunenforceable as to all or some parts of adispute, then that portion of Section e willnot apply to those parts. Instead, thoseparts will be severed and proceed in a courtof law, with the remaining parts proceedingin arbitration. If any other provision of thatportion Section e is found to be illegal orunenforceable, that provision will besevered with the remainder of Section eremaining in full force and effect.
