The following warranties may apply to yourvehicle:
•New vehicle limited warranties.
•Emissions warranties, if applicable.(Note: Fully-electric vehicles are noteligible for emissions warranties.)

The following California WarrantyStatement, required by Californiaregulations, applies to vehicles certified toCalifornia emissions standards andregistered in a state that requires Californiaemissions warranty. If applicable,additional California Emissions Warrantiescan be found in the Warranty Guide atwww.owner.ford.com.
CALIFORNIA EMISSION CONTROLWARRANTY STATEMENT
YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS ANDOBLIGATIONS
The California Air Resources Board andFord Motor Company are pleased toexplain the emission control systemwarranty on your (year) vehicle. InCalifornia, new motor vehicles must bedesignated, built and equipped to meetthe State's stringent anti-smog standards.Ford Motor Company must warrant theemission control system on your vehiclefor the periods of time listed belowprovided there has been no abuse, neglector improper maintenance of your vehicle.
Your emission control system may includeparts such as the carburetor orfuel-injection system, the ignition system,catalytic converter and engine computer.Also included may be hoses, belts,connectors and other emission-relatedassemblies. Where a warrantable conditionexists, Ford Motor Company will repair yourvehicle at no cost to you includingdiagnosis, parts and labor.
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTYCOVERAGE:
(For 1990 and subsequent modelpassenger cars, light-duty trucks, andmedium-duty vehicles.)
- For 3 years or 50,000 miles (whicheveroccurs first);
1) If your vehicle fails a Smog Checkinspection, all necessary repairs andadjustments will be made by Ford MotorCompany to ensure that your emissioncontrol system PERFORMANCEWARRANTY.
2) If any emission-related part on yourvehicle is defective, the part will berepaired or replaced by Ford MotorCompany. This is your short-term emissioncontrol system DEFECTS WARRANTY.
- For 7 years or 70,000 miles (whicheveroccurs first);
1) If an emission-related part listed in thiswarranty booklet specially noted withcoverage for 7 years or 70,000 miles isdefective, the part will be repaired orreplaced by Ford Motor Company. This isyour long-term emission control systemDEFECTS WARRANTY.

WARNING: Do not place objectsor mount equipment on or near theairbag cover, on the side of the front orrear seatbacks, or in areas that maycome into contact with a deployingairbag. Failure to follow theseinstructions may increase the risk ofpersonal injury in the event of a crash.
WARNING: Do not fasten antennacables to vehicle wiring, fuel pipes andbrake pipes.
WARNING: Keep antenna andpower cables at least 4 in (10 cm) fromany electronic modules and airbags.
Note:We test and certify your vehicle tomeet electromagnetic compatibilitylegislation. It is your responsibility to makesure that any equipment an authorizeddealer installs on your vehicle complies withapplicable local legislation and otherrequirements. Installation of someaftermarket electronic devices coulddegrade the performance of vehiclefunctions, which use radio frequency signalssuch as broadcast radio receiver, tirepressure monitoring system, push buttonstart,Bluetooth® connectivity or satellitenavigation.
Note:Any radio frequency transmitterequipment in your vehicle (such as cellulartelephones and amateur radio transmitters)must keep to the parameters in thefollowing illustrations and table. We do notprovide any other special provisions orconditions for installations or use.

Any litigation arisingout of or related to this EULA shall bebrought and maintained exclusively ina court of the State of Michiganlocated in Wayne County or in theUnited States District Court for theEastern District of Michigan. You herebyconsent to submit to the personaljurisdiction of a court in the State ofMichigan located in Wayne County andthe United States District Court for theEastern District of Michigan for anydispute arising out of or relating to thisEULA.

Customer Remedies
NAV2 and its suppliers’ entire liability andyour exclusive remedy shall be, at NAV2’ssole discretion, either (a) return of the pricepaid, if any, or (b) repair or replacement ofthe Data that do not meet NAV2’s LimitedWarranty and that are returned to NAV2with a copy of your receipt. This LimitedWarranty is void if failure of the Data hasresulted from accident, abuse, ormisapplication. Any replacement Data willbe warranted for the remainder of theoriginal warranty period or thirty (30) days,whichever is longer. Neither these remediesnor any product support services offeredby NAV2 are available without proof ofpurchase from an authorized internationalsource.
No Other Warranty:
EXCEPT FOR THE LMITED WARRANTYSET FORTH ABOVE AND TO THE EXTENTPERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAV2AND ITS LICENSORS (INCLUDING THEIRLICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS) DISCLAIMANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE,MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR APARTICULAR PURPOSE, OWNERSHIP ORNON-INFRINGEMENT. Export Control
You agree not to export to anywhere anypart of the Data provided to you or anydirect product thereof except incompliance with, and with all licenses andapprovals required under, applicableexport laws, rules and regulations.
IP Protection
The Data are owned by NAV2 or itssuppliers and are protected by applicablecopyright and other intellectual propertylaw and treaties. The Data are providedsolely on the basis of a license to use, notsale.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute theentire agreement between NAV2(and itslicensors, including their licensors andsuppliers) and you pertaining to the subjectmatter hereof, and supersedes in theirentirety any and all written or oralagreements previously existing betweenus with respect to such subject matter.
