B080B02FC-GAT FRONT SEATS Adjusting Seat Forward and Rearward To move the seat toward the front or rear, pull the lock release lever upward. This will releasethe seat on its track so you can move it forwardor rearward to the desired position. When you B080C01A-AAT Adjusting Seatback Angle To recline the seatback, lean forward to take your weight off it, then pull up on the reclinercontrol lever at the outside edge of the seat.Now lean back until the desired seatback angleis achieved. To lock the seatback into position,release the recliner control lever.

find the position you want, release the lever and slide the seat forward or rearward on its trackuntil it locks into the desired position and cannotbe moved further. WARNING: To ensure the seat is locked securely, at-tempt to move the seat forward or rearwardwithout using the lock release lever.
WARNING:To minimize risk of severe injury in theevent of a collision or a sudden stop, boththe driver and passenger seatbacks shouldalways be in an upright position while thevehicle is in motion. The protection provid-ed by the seat belts and airbags in a frontalcollision may be reduced significantly whenthe seatbacks are reclined. There is greaterrisk that the driver and passenger will slideunder the seat belt which may result inserious injury if a crash occurs when theseatbacks are reclined. The seat belt cannotprovide full protection to an occupant if theseat back is reclined.
3) Do not leave children alone in the car.
Always remove the ignition key for theirsafety.
Headrests are designed to help reduce the risk of neck injuries.

1- 8 The front seat rake adjustment is performed by raising the lever at the front of the seat base and sliding the seat to the desired posi- tion. At this position the lever should be re- leased and the seat rocked to and fro to ensure that the mechanism has locked. WARNING: To ensure the seat is locked securely,attempt to move the seat forward or rear- ward without using the lock release lever.

HFC2024-DB080A01FC-EAT SEAT ADJUSTMENT WARNING: Front seat adjustments must not be under- taken whilst the vehicle is in motion. Loss of control of the vehicle may result if seat adjustments are made whilst the vehicle is in motion.
WARNING:
1) Be careful that someone's head, hands
and body are not trapped by a closingwindow.
2) Never try to operate the main switch on the driver's door and the individual door window switch in opposing directions at the same time. If this is done, the window will stop and cannot be opened or closed.
3) Do not leave children alone in the car. Always remove the ignition key for theirsafety.
In order to prevent operation of the passenger front and rear windows, a window lock switch is provided on the armrest of the driver's door. To disable the power windows, press the window lock switch. To revert to normal operation, press the win-dow lock switch a second time. Auto-Down Window (Driver's Side) The Auto-Down window is moved to its fully open position by pushing the switch. To stop at the desired position push the switch again.

1- 12 o Objects should not extend higher than
the top of the front seatbacks. This could allow cargo to slide forward and cause injury or damage during sudden stops.
o When you return the folded down
seatback to its upright position, alwaysbe sure to install the headrests in their proper positions. Headrests are impor- tant to the safety of occupants in a rear collision. If the headrests are not in- stalled in their proper position, serious injury or death could result if a rear end collision occurs.

The seat warmer is provided to warm the front seats during cold weather. When the engine is running, push either of the switches to warm the driver's seat or the passenger's seat.

5. To secure the seat, hook the securing strap under the seat cushion to the head- rest stay of front driver and passenger seat.
6. Insert the removed headrests between the seatback and seat cushion, so that theywill not be thrown forward in the case of a sudden stop or an accident.
7. To return the seatback and seat cushion to its normal position, reverse the above pro- cedure.
o When you return the seatback to its upright position, always be sure it is locked intoposition by pulling and pushing on the top of seatback.
WARNING:
o When you return the folded down seat back to its upright position, make surethe seat belts are in position to be accessible and to function properly.
o The purpose of the fold down rear seat back and the fold forward rear seatcushion is to increase cargo space. Do not allow passengers to sit in the cargo area while the car is moving. This is not a proper seating position and no seat belts are available for use when the seat back is folded down. Passengers who are not properly seated and wearing seat belts could sustain serious injuries or death in case of an accident or a sudden stop.
CAUTION: To prevent damage, ensure that the rear drinkholder, located in the rear console, is closed before folding the rear seatback and seat cushion.
4. Pull the seat cushion release lever up-
ward, then fold up the seat cushion.
