direction of arrow; lever will glow

Lift carpet, disconnect sub-woofer
wire connector, remove cargo
sub-compartment cover, remove
sub-woofer, remove spare tire
(Sedan not equipped with
sub-woofer)
9. Temporary spare tire
Stored under panel in trunk
Folding rear seatbacks flat
(5-Door/Sport Wagon)
Unfasten rear seat belt, pull
handle levers (5) on left/right
side or press seatback release
buttons (6) support seatback;
then fold seatback forward
To raise seatback: Lift seatbacks
upward until firmly latched, properly
fasten rear seat belts, then check
that seat belts are routed properly
for passenger use
