NFC enables short- range wi reless data transfer
or (re)connection of a mobile phone with the
multimedia sy stem.
The following functions are available without
having authorised a mobile phone:

media sy stem (see the manufacturer's oper‐
ating instructions).
R Setting up theve hicle's Wi-Fi access da tavia
th e sy stem settings (→ page 293).

Using the mobile phone with NearField Com‐
munication (NFC)
Re quirements:

In case of sy stem failure, you will be informed

Please, make sure, that during 3- 10seconds
af te r switching ignition ON there d indicator
SOS NOT READY inthe upper right corner of the
media display is switched OFF, this means the
emer gency call sy stem passed diagnostics suc‐
