Vehicle tool kit
General notes The vehicle tool kit can be found in the stowage
well under the boot floor (Y page 277).
Apart from some country-specific variants, vehi-
cles are not equipped with tyre-changing tools.
Some tools for changing a wheel are specific to the vehicle. For more information on which tools
are required to perform a wheel change on your vehicle, consult a qualified specialist workshop.
Necessary tyre-changing tools can include, for
example:
R Jack
R Wheel chock
R Wheel wrench
i The jack weighs approximately 2.1 kg.
The maximum load bearing capacity of the
jack can be found on the adhesive label on the jack.
The jack is maintenance-free. If there is a
malfunction, please contact a qualified spe-
cialist workshop.

i Depending on the power class (LK), the tyre
inflation compressor has the following
weight:
R LK1 – 12 V/10 A, 120 W: 0.8 kg
R LK2 – 12 V/15 A, 180 W:1.2 kg
The tyre inflation compressor is maintenance-
free. If there is a malfunction, please contact a qualified specialist workshop.
