VISIBILITY
       DIRECTIONAL LIGHTING 
 When  the  dipped  or  main  beam  head- 
lamps  are  on,  this  function  enables  the 
light  beam  to  follow  the  direction  of  the 
road.  
 The  use  of  this  function,  coupled  with  
 t h e    x e n o n    h e a d l a m p s    o n l y ,    c o n s i d e r a -
bly improves the quality of your lighting 
when cornering.

 The function is activated or  
deactivated  via  the  multi-
 f u n c t i o n    d i s p l a y    c o n fi   g u r a -
tion menu.  
 If  a  malfunction  occurs,  this 
 w a r n i n g    l i g h t    fl   a s h e s    o n    t h e    i n -
strument  panel,  accompanied 
by a message on the multifunc-
tion display.

 In  order  to  avoid  causing  a  nuisance  to 
other  road  users,  this  system  corrects 
 t h e   h e i g h t   o f   t h e   x e n o n   h e a d l a m p s   b e a m  
automatically and when stationary, in re-
lation to the load in the vehicle. 
 If  a  malfunction  occurs,  this 
warning light and/or the service 
warning light is displayed on the 
instrument panel, accompanied 
by an audible signal and a message on 
the multifunction display.  
 The  system  then  places  your  head- 
lamps in the lowest position.   When stationary or moving at very 
low speed or when reverse gear is 
engaged, the function is inactive.  
 The  status  of  the  function  remains  
in the memory when  the ignition  is 
switched off.
