With awarmed-up engineandataspeed of3000
rpm, theoilpressure shouldbeapprox. 3.5bar.
If
the oilpressure dropsabruptly andthe
warning lightsinthe instrument panelandin
the on-board computer comeonwhile the
engine isrunning orwhile driving:

Immediately stopinasuitable place
and switch engine off.

Warning light
The warning lightinthe instrument panellightsup
when ignition isswitched onand must goout when
engine isrunning.
If the warning lightsinthe instrument panel
and inthe on-board computer comeonwith
the engine running orwhile driving:

Immediately stopinasuitable place.

Switch offthe engine.
I>
Check whether thereisan obvious oilleak on
or under thecar.

Ifno oilleak canbedetected:
Measure theoillevel using theon-board com-
puter orthe oildipstick
withtheengine
idling.

can read offthe engine oillevel onthe segment
display. If the oillevel hasfallen below themin. mark, the
segment belowthemin. mark flashes.
The difference betweenthemin. andmax. marks
on the segment displayisapprox. 1.5 liters

quantity ofapprox.
