The replacement of this part is a basic operation
to be carried out in the event of a front side colli-
sion.
It is obtained by cutting the sill panel observing
the dimensions.
For reasons of stability, the strengthener must not
be cut.

GLAZING
Front door window
Place the rear upper stop (8) in contact with the
lower window pad and tighten it.
Tighten the rear guide shoe bolt (2).
Tighten the window mounting bolts (3).

Place the front upper stop (8) in contact with the
lower window pad and tighten it.
Close and lock the hood.
Close the door.
Position the window at the dimensions:
D = 55 mm (window/weatherstrip)
E = 10 mm (window/frame)
Visually check that the window is aligned with the
hood seals.

Tighten the rear slider bolt (4).
Open the door.
Push the rear slider gently towards the exterior of
the door.
Tighten the nut (4).
Open and close the window several times. Check
that the window is positioned correctly (aligned)
in relation to the hood seals.
Tightening torque of all mounting bolts 8 N.m.
