this Data together with the navigation
system for the solely personal, non−
commercial purposes for which you
were licensed, and not for service bu-
reau, time−sharing or other similar
purposes. Accordingly, but subject to
the restrictions set forth in the follow-
ing paragraphs, you may copy this
Data only as necessary for your per-
sonal use to (i) view it, and (ii) save
it, provided that you do not remove
any copyright notices that appear and
do not modify the Data in any way.
You agree not to otherwise reproduce,
copy, modify, decompile, disassemble
or reverse engineer any portion of this
Data, and may not transfer or distrib-
ute it in any form, for any purpose,
except to the extent permitted by
mandatory laws. Data provided in
multi−disc sets may not be transferred
or sold on a divided or single disc

agement or similar applications; or (b)
with or in communication with any
positioning devices or any mobile or
wireless−connected electronic or com-
puter devices, including without limita-
tion cellular phones, palmtop and
handheld computers, pagers, and per-
sonal digital assistants or PDAs.
Warning
. The Data may contain inac-
curate or incomplete information due
to the passage of time, changing cir-
cumstances, sources used and the
nature of collecting comprehensive
geographic data, any of which may
lead to incorrect results.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT
CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE
NAVIGATION SYSTEM
THIS IS A LICENSE AGREEMENT
FOR YOUR COPY OF THE SPATIAL
MAP DATABASE, INCLUDING LOCA-
TION CODES AND RELATED PROD-
UCTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “DATA-
BASE”), USED IN THE NAVIGATION
SYSTEM. BY USING THE NAVIGA-
TION SYSTEM AND THE DATABASE,
YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE
BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CON-
DITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.LICENSE GRANT
Denso Corporation (“Denso”), as a li-
censed distributor of the DATABASE,
grants to you a non−exclusive, non−
perpetual license to use your copy of
the DATABASE for your personal use
or for your use in your business’ in-
ternal operations and not for any other
purpose. This license does not in-
clude the right to grant sub−licenses.
OWNERSHIP
The DATABASE and the copyrights
and intellectual property and neighbor-
ing rights therein are owned by Tele
Atlas North America, Inc. (“TANA”)
and its licensors. This Agreement
does not transfer any title or interest
in the DATABASE, except for the li-
cense to use the DATABASE accord-
ing and subject to the terms and con-
ditions of this Agreement. You shall
not alter, obscure or remove any
copyright notices, trademark notices
or other restrictive legends relating to
the DATABASE.

If you are an agency, department, or
other entity of any State government,
the United States Government or any
other public entity or funded in whole
or in part by the United States Gov-
ernment, then you hereby agree to
protect the DATABASE from public
disclosure and to consider the DATA-
BASE exempt from any statute, law,
regulation, or code, including any Sun-
shine Act, Public Records Act, Free-
dom of Information Act, or equivalent,
which permits public access and/or re-
production or use of the Licensed
Products. In the event that such ex-
emption is challenged under any such
laws, this Agreement shall be consid-
ered breached and any and all right
to retain any copies or to use of the
DATABASE shall be terminated and
considered immediately null and void.
Any copies of the DATABASE held by
you shall immediately be destroyed.
If any court of competent jurisdiction
considers this clause void and unen-
forceable, in whole or in part, for any
reason, this Agreement shall be con-
sidered terminated and null and void,
in its entirety, and any and all copies
of the DATABASE shall immediately
be destroyed.

The Point Of Interest Data (“POI”
Data) in the navigation system is in
part provided by infoUSA Inc. (“in-
foUSA”). By using the POI Data,
you accept and agree to all terms
and conditions set forth below.
1. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title and interest to the in-
foUSA POI Data shall be retained by
infoUSA.
2. LIMITATIONS ON USE
Except to the extent explicitly per-
mitted by mandatory laws, you may
not extract or reutilize any portion of
the contents of the POI Data, nor re-
produce, copy, modify, adapt, trans-
late, disassemble, decompile, or re-
verse engineer any portion of the POI
Data.

You can register and keep your own
marked points of interest list (like res-
taurants, sports facilities, etc.) and use
the marked points to input a destina-
tion.
1. Push the “MENU” button on the
navigation controller to display the
“Menu” screen and select the
“Marked points” switch.
2. Select the “Register” switch of
the “Marked points”.
A screen similar to that for destination
input appears. Input the address of the
marked point in the same way as any
destination input. See page xii.
3. Select the “Enter” switch on the
screen and push the
“ENTER”
button on the navigation controller.

Operate the select and scroll lever of
the navigation controller, so that the
direction is facing to your desired di-
rection.
Push the
“ENTER” button on the navi-
gation controller and the map screen re-
turns.Once a marked point is registered, you
can edit the icon, name or telephone
number.
1. Push the
“MENU” button on the
navigation controller to display the
“Menu” screen and select the
“Marked points” switch.
2. Select the “Edit” switch of the
“Marked points”.
The screen lists the marked points.
Sort by “Icon”: Select this switch to list
the marked points in order of the type of
icon.
Sort by “Date”: Select this switch to list
the marked points in order of the regis-
tered date.
Sort by “Name”: Select this switch to list
the marked points in alphabetical order.
Select
switch of the desired marked
point to display the edit marked point
screen.

CHANGING THE PHONE NUMBER
Select numeral keys.
After you finish your entry, select the
“OK” switch on the screen.

gation controller when the cursor
is at
your desired point.

SHOW NAME
You can set the name of marked point
either to show or not on the screen.
To show the name, select the
“On”
switch. Not to show it, select the
“Off” switch.1. Push the
“MENU” button on the
navigation controller to display the
“Menu” screen and select the
“Marked points” switch.
2. Select the “Delete” switch of the
“Marked points”.

3. Select switch of the marked
point to delete. If you want to delete
all of the marked points, select the
“Delete all” switch.
To delete only specified marked points,
use the sort by
“Icon”, “Date” or
“Name” switch to display the screen,
so that you can easily find the marked
points.
Messages appear depending on the type
of deletion. If you want to delete, select
the
“Yes” switch. To cancel the deletion,
select the
“No” switch.You can register your current position
or any points (See “Screen scrolling”on
page l.) from the map screen.
1. Move the cursor
to the desired
point, and if you wish to register
that point, push the
“ENTER” but-
ton on the navigation controller.
2. Select the “Mark” switch.
When you select the “Mark” switch, the
above screen appears for a few seconds,
and then the map screen will be dis-
played.

You can register up to 100 marked points.
If you attempt to register more than 100,
a message appears for confirmation.
If you want to register a new point, push
the
“MENU” button on the navigation
controller to display the menu screen and
select the
“Marked points” switch.
Delete several old points by following the
“(c) Deleting marked points” on page lxxxii.You can set up to 5 destinations before-
