Locking/unlockingthetailgate
withtheremotecontrolDoasfollowstounlockthetailgateonly:
–Pressthebuttonontheremotecontrol
(seeillustration)slowlytwicewithin
3seconds.
–Ifalldoorsarelockedwhenyouclosethe
tailgate,itremainsunlockedanditsalarm
isnotarmedwhenyoucloseit.Theother
doorsremainlockedwiththeiralarms
armed.
–Toarmthealarmandlockthetailgateonly
whenyoucloseit,presstheLOCKbutton
again.NOTE!Ifyouusethisbuttontounlockthe
tailgate,butdonotopenit,thetailgatewillre-
lockautomaticallyaftertwominutes.
Deadlocks

Yourcarhasaspecialdeadlockfunction,
whichmeansthatthedoorscannotbe
openedfromtheinsideiftheyarelocked.
Deadlockscanonlybeactivatedfromthe
outsidebylockingthedriver’sdoorwiththe
keyorremotecontrol.Alldoorsmustbe
closedbeforedeadlockscanbeactivated.
Onceactivated,thedoorscannotbeopened
fromtheinside.Thecarcanonlybeunlocked
fromtheoutsideviathedriver’sdoororby
usingtheremotecontrol.
Deadlocksareengagedaftera25second
delayoncethedoorshavebeenclosed.1.Certaincountries
