Si le TPS ne fonctionne pas, effectuer les contrôles suivants.

N.B.:
lDéposer les pièces suivantes avant de procéder au dépistage des pannes.

2) Réservoir à essence
lUtiliser les outils spéciaux suivants dans ce dépistage des pannes.
Vérifier la connexion de tout le
système d’allumage.Réparer ou remplacer.
Vérifiez le TPS. Bobine de TPS Changer.
Vérifier le magnéto de CDI.Bobine de
sourceChanger.
Vérifier le bloc CDI.Tension de
l’entrée du TPSChanger.

Den TPS bei einem Ausfall wie folgt überprüfen.

lFolgendes Spezialwerkzeug verwenden.
Die gesamte Zündanlage
auf Anschluß überprüfen.Erneuern oder instand
setzen.
Den TPS prüfen. TPS-Spule Erneuern.
* Den CDI-Schwungrad-
Magnetzünder prüfen.Primärspule Erneuern.
Die CDI-Einheit prüfen.TPS-Ein-

Si el TPS no funciona, utilice los siguientes pasos de inspección.

NOTA:
lExtraiga las siguientes piezas antes de realizar la inspección:
1) Asiento
2) Depósito de combustible
lUtilice las siguientes herramientas especiales para la inspección.
Compruebe la conexión de
todo el sistema de encendido.Reparar o reemplazar.
Compruebe el TPS. Bobina TPS Reemplazar.
*Compruebe el magneto CDI.Bobina de
fuenteReemplazar.
Compruebe la unidad CDI.Tensión de

Turn out the throttle stop screw until the throt-

TPS REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT
1. Remove:
lTPS coupler
lScrew (TPS) 1
lPlain washer 2
lTPS 3
2. Replace:
lTPS

NOTE:
lAlign the slot a in the TPS with the projec-
tion b on the carburetor.
lTemporarily tighten the screws (TPS).
4. Adjust:
lIdle speed
Refer to “IDLE SPEED ADJUSTMENT”
section in the CHAPTER 3.
5. Calculate:
lTPS coil resistance at idle speed.

If the TPS coil resistance is 5 kW, then the TPS
coil resistance at idle speed is:
5 kW ´ (0.13 ~ 0.15) = 650 ~ 750 W
Refer to “TPS COIL INSPECTION” sec-
tion about the TPS coil resistance. TPS coil resistance at idle speed:
TPS coil resistance ´ (0.13 ~ 0.15)

5. Errechnen:
lTPS-Spulenwiderstand bei
Leerlauf

Wenn der TPS-Spulenwiderstand
weniger als 5 kW beträgt, dann ist
der TPS-Spulenwiderstand bei Leer-
lauf:
5 kW ´ (0,13–0,15) = 650–750 W
Zum TPS-Spulenwiderstand
bitte mit dem Abschnitt
“INSPEKTION DES TPS-

REMPLACEMENT ET REGLAGE

lAligner la fente a pratiquée dans le
TPS sur la saillie b du carburateur.
lSerrer temporairement les vis (TPS).
4. Ajuster:

Voir la section “Réglage de la
vitesse de ralenti” dans le
CHAPITRE 3.
5. Calculer:
lRésistance de la bobine de TPS
au ralenti.

Si la résistance de la bobine de TPS est
de 5 kW, la résistance de la bobine de
TPS au ralenti sera:
5 kW ´ (0,13 à 0,15) = 650 à 750 W

5. Calcular:
lResistencia de la bobina TPS a
velocidad de ralentí.

Si la resistencia de la bobina TPS es de
5 kW, la resistencia de la bobina TPS a
velocidad de ralentí es:
5 kW ´ (0,136 ~ 0,15) = 650 ~ 750 W

INSPECTION STEPS
Refer to the following flow chart when inspecting the ignition system for possible ploblems.
NOTE:
lReplace the bulb and/or bulb socket.
1) Seat
2) Fuel tank
lUse the following special tool.
Check the bulb and bulb
socket.Replace the bulb
and/or bulb socket.
Check the lights switch. Replace.
Check the CDI magneto. Lighting coil Replace.
Check the entire lighting sys-
tem proper for connections.Repair or replace.
