4 Tripmeter
display
The tripmeter display is equipped with
the following: ο¬ odometer
ο¬ tripmeter
ο¬ time tripmeter
ο¬ fuel reserve tripmeter
ο¬ oil change tripmeter
ο¬ V-belt replacement tripmeter
Push the βTRIPβ switch to change the
display between the odometer βOdoβ,
tripmeter βTripβ, time tripmeter βTrip
Timeβ, oil change tripmeter βOil Tripβ,
and V-belt replacement tripmeter βV-
Belt Tripβ in the following order:
Odo β Trip β Trip Time β Oil Trip β
V-Belt Trip β Odo
TIPWhen approximately 2.4 L (0.63 US
gal, 0.53 Imp.gal) of fuel remains in the
fuel tank, the last segment of the fuel
meter will start flashing. The display
will automatically change to the fuel re-
serve tripmeter βF Tripβ and start
counting the distance traveled from
that point.Odometer βO doβ an d tripmeter
βTripβ
The odometer shows the total distance
traveled by the vehicle.
The tripmeter shows the distance trav-
eled since it was last reset.
To reset the tripmeter, select it by
pushing the βTRIPβ switch, and then
push the βTRIPβ switch for three sec-
onds.TIPο¬ The odometer will lock at 999999.
ο¬ The tripmeter will reset and con-
tinue counting after 9999.9 is
reached.
Time tripmeter βTimeβ
The time tripmeter displays the time
that has elapsed while the main switch
was in the βONβ position since it was
last reset.
The maximum time that can be shown
is 99:59.TIPTo reset the time tripmeter, select it by
pushing the βTRIPβ switch, and then
push the βTRIPβ switch for three sec-
onds.
