Taking out the wheel
)Unscrew the yellow central bolt, andremove it.)Raise the spare wheel towards you from
the rear.)Take the wheel out of the boot.
Putting the wheel back in place
) Put the wheel back in its housing. )
Refit the yellow central bolt in the centre of
the wheel. ) Tighten fully until the central bolt clicks to retain the wheel correctly.
)
Put the polystyrene storage box back inplace. )
Put the box back in place and clip it.

Removing a wheel

List of operations
)Remove the bolt cover from each of the bolts using the tool 3(with allow wheels
only). )Fit the security socket 4to thewheelbrace 1to slacken the security bolt(if your vehicle has them).)Slacken the other bolts using the
wheelbrace 1only.
Parking the vehicle
Immobilise the vehicle where it does not block traffic: the ground must be level, stable and non-slippery. Apply the parking brake, switch off theignition and engage first gear to lock the wheels.If necessary, place a chock under the wheel diagonally opposite the wheel tobe changed. You must ensure that the occupants getout of the vehicle and wait where theyare safe. Never go underneath a vehicle raisedusing a jack; use an axle stand.

the underbody, whichever is closest to the
wheel to be changed. )Extend the jack 2until its base plate is in contact with the ground. Ensure that thecentreline of the jack base plate is directly below the location A or Bused.

Raise the vehicle until there is sufficientspace between the wheel and the ground
to admit the spare (not punctured) wheeleasily. ) Remove the bolts and store them in a clean
place.
) Remove the wheel.

After changing a wheel
To store the punctured wheel in the boot correctly, first remove the central cover. When using the "space-saver" typespare wheel, do not exceed 50 mph(80 km/h). Have the tightening of the bolts and thepressure of the spare wheel checked by a CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop without delay. Have the punctured wheel repaired andreplace it on the vehicle as soon aspossible.

Changing a bulb Procedure for replacing a faulty bulb with a new bulb.
1.Direction indicators (H21W amber).2.Dipped beam headlamps (H7-55W).3. Main beam headlamps (H1- 55W).4.Sidelamps (W5W).5.Foglamps (PSX24W).6.LED daytime running lamps.


Front lamps
The headlamps are fitted withpolycarbonate glass with a protectivecoating:)do not clean them using a dryor abrasive cloth, nor with adetergent or solvent product,)use a sponge and soapy water or apH neutral product,)when using a high pressure washer on persistent marks, do not keepthe lance directed towards thelamps or their edges for too long,so as not to damage their protectivecoating and seals,)do not touch the bulb directly withyour fingers, use lint-free cloths.
Changing a bulb should only be doneafter the headlamp has been switched off for a few minutes (risk of seriousburns).It is imperative to use only anti-ultraviolet (UV) type bulbs in order not to damage the headlamp.
Always replace a failed bulb with anew bulb with the same type and specification.

Changing direction indicator bulbs
)Remove the plastic protective cover. )Pull the bulb-holder and replace the bulb.
To r e f i t , c a r ry out these operations in reverseorder.
Changing dipped headlampbulbs
)
Remove the protective plastic cover by pulling on the tab.)
Turn the bulb-holder by a quar ter turn. )
Remove the bulb and change it.
To r efit, carry out these operations in reverseorder.


If either of the direction indicator warning lamps is flashing quickly, one of the bulbs is faulty.
When refitting, close the plastic cover carefully to ensure the sealing of the
headlamp.


Amber coloured bulbs, such as thedirection indicators, must be replacedwith bulbs of identical specificationsand colour.

Changing front foglampbulbs
)Remove the grille located under the foglamp.

If you experience any difficulty in replacing bulbs, contact your CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop.

Through the cover, remove the lamp finisher by pulling it towards you.)
Unscrew the two fixing screws of themodule and remove it from its housing. )
Disconnect the bulb holder connector.)
Remove the bulb and change it.

Changing the LED lamps
For the replacement of this type of LED lamp,contact a CITROËN dealer or a qualified
workshop.
Changing integral direction indicator side repeaters
To obtain a new module, contacta CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop.


If you experience any difficulty in replacing these lamps, you can contacta CITROËN dealer or a qualifiedworkshop.
While removing the module:


- take care not to damage your vehicle's
paintwork with the screwdriver,

- do not allow the wiring and connector to slip behind the wing.
To r e f i t , c a r ry out these operations in reverse order.
)
Inser t a screwdriver in the edge of the
repeater.
) Lever with the screwdriver to extract therepeater and pull it out.)
Disconnect the wiring from the repeater. )
Replace the module.
