PARKING ASSISTANCELANE DEPARTURE WARN-ING SYSTEM
This driving assistance device warns you when you unwittingly cross a lane marking (either a con-tinuous or a dotted line on the road surface). It is designed for use on motorways and dual carriageways, operating only above speeds of approx. 80 km/h (50 mph).
A press on button B activates the function, the warning lamp on the button lights up.
HEAD-UP DISPLAY
The Head-up display projects essential driving data into the driver's fi eld of vision. This enables the driver never to take his eyes off the road.
The controls for the Head-up dis-play are located beneath the air vent on the driver's side.

The driver's and the front and rear passengers' seats have sensors that detect non-fastening/unfas-tening of the seat belts.
The fastened/non-fastened status of the seat belts for each type of seat is indicated by the illumination or fl ashing of the warning lamps 1, 2 and 3.

FRONT PASSENGER'S AIRBAG DEACTIVATIONCHILD SAFETYTHE ISOFIX FASTENING SYSTEM
In order to be able to use a rear-facing child seat in the front pas-senger's seat position, it is impera-tive to deactivate the passenger's airbag.
For that:With the ignition switched off, insert the key into the switch A.Turn the key to the “OFF” posi-tion, the passenger's airbag is deactivated.
The front passenger's airbag deac-tivation warning lamp, in the instru-ment panel, lights up when you switch on the ignition.

CHANGING THE WIPER BLADES
If you have to replace them, the wiper blades have to be parked in the maintenance position. For this, switch off the ignition and then within one minute move the wiper control stalk. The wipers stand up in a vertical position.
After replacement, switch on the ignition and move the wiper control stalk so that the wipers resume their normal position.Note: this action places the Piloted Defl ector in the maintenance position. See “Piloted Defl ector”.
WINDSCREEN WASH
To operate the windscreen wash, pull the wiper stalk towards you.
The screen wash is accompanied by a timed wipe of the windscreen , the headlamp wash also activates if the dipped beams are on.
The display of a message indicates that there is only approx. one litre of screen wash fl uid remaining.
In freezing conditions, always check that the wiper blades are free to operate.
Remove any accumulation of snow at the base of the windscreen.
