The display may differ depending on the type of the system. Vehicles with 12.3-inch display: When the split-screen display is selected, the “Menu”

Full screen display
The following functions can be displayed full screen:
• Initial screen
•“Menu” screen (  P. 4 9 1 )
• Map screen

Split-screen display
Different information can be displayed on the left and right of the screen. For
example, audio screen can be displayed and operated while the fuel con-
sumption information screen is being disp layed. The large screen on the left of
the display is called the main display, an d the small screen to the right is called

Selecting the operation screen
When selecting the main display, move the Remote Touch knob to the left.
When selecting the side display, move the Remote Touch knob to the right. ■

respective section and “NAVIGATION SYSTEM OWNER’S MANUAL”. ■

To change the screen displayed on the side display, use the screen buttons on
the right side of the display.

Automatic air conditioning system (  P. 4 9 9 )
Set the air conditioning system to automatic mode. The temperature for the driver’s seat and front passenger’s seat can be adjusted indi-
vidually.
Seat heaters and ventilators (  P. 506, 507)
Select “AUTO” mode on each seat. Seat heater or ventilation is automatically selected according to the set temperature
of the air conditioning system, outside temperature, etc.Lexus Climate Concierge 
 : If equippedThe climate control seats are automati cally controlled according to the set
temperature of the air conditioning system, outside temperature, cabin tem-
perature, etc. Lexus Climate Concierge allows a comfortable condition to be
maintained without adjusting each system.

Adjusting the temperature setting
Press to increase the temperature and to decrease the temper-
ature. ■
Adjusting the fan speed setting
Press to increase the fan speed and to decrease the fan speed.
Press the “OFF” button to turn the fan off.Automatic air conditioning system Air outlets and fan speed are automatica lly adjusted according to the temper-
ature setting.
Vehicles with a Lexus Display Audio sy stem: Press the “MENU” button on the
Lexus Display Audio controller, then select “Climate” to display the air condi-
tioning control screen.
For details on the Lexus Display Audio controller, refer to “Lexus Display
Audio controller” on P. 392.
Vehicles with a navigati on system: Press the “MENU” button on the Remote
Touch, then select to display th e air conditioning control screen.
Vehicles with a navigation system (12.3- inch display): The air conditioning sys-
tem can be displayed and operated on the side display. (  P. 4 9 3 )
For details on the Remote Touch, refer to the “NAVIGATION SYSTEM
OWNER’S MANUAL”.

Change the airflow mode
To change the air outlets, press .
The air outlets used are switched each time the button is pressed.
Air flows to the upper body.
Air flows to the upper body and feet.
Air flows to the feet.
Air flows to the feet and the windshield defogger operates■
S-FLOW mode
In S-FLOW mode, priority for the airflow is given to the front seats, reducing
the airflow and air conditioning effect on the rear seats.
If a passenger is not detected in the front passenger seat, priority for the air-
flow will be given to the driver's seat only. In this case, the temperature indicator fo r the front passenger side will turn off.
S-FLOW mode will be activated automatically according to the set tempera-
ture, outside temperature, etc. (  P. 5 0 2 )The indicator comes on when S-FLOW mode is on.

Using the automatic mode
Press the “AUTO” button or select “AUTO” on the air conditioning control
screen.
Press to switch to automatic air intake mode. (if equipped)
The air conditioning system automati cally switches between outside air
and recirculated air modes.
Adjust the temperature setting.
To stop the operation, press the “OFF” button.■
Automatic mode indicator
If the fan speed setting or air flow modes are operated, the automatic mode
indicator goes off. However, automati c mode for functions other than that
operated is maintained. ■
Adjusting the temperature for driver and passenger seats separately
(“DUAL” mode)
To turn on the “DUAL” mode, perform any of the following procedures: ●
Select “DUAL” on the air co nditioning control screen.●
Select “DUAL” on the side display operation screen.(Vehicles with a navi-
gation system [12.3-inch display]) ●
Adjust the temperature setting of the passenger side with the passenger
side temperature adjustment button. The indicator comes on when the “DUAL” mode is on.

Press . The mode switches between (recirculated air mode), automatic and
(outside air mode) modes each time the button is pressed.
When the system is switched to automatic mode, the air conditioning system oper-
ates automatically.■
Defogging the windshield
Defoggers are used to defog the windshield and front side windows.
Press . Set the outside/recirculated air mode button to outside air mode if the recirculated
air mode is used. (It may switch automatically.)
To defog the windshield and the side windows early, turn the air flow and tempera-
ture up.
To return to the previous mode, press again when the windshield is
defogged.■
Defogging the rear window and outside rear view mirrors
Defoggers are used to defog the rear window and to remove raindrops, dew
and frost from the outside rear view mirrors.
Press . The defoggers will automatically turn off after a period of time.■
Windshield wiper de-icer (if equipped)
This feature is used to prevent ice fr om building up on the windshield and
wiper blades.
Select on the option control screen. When the windshield wiper de-icer is on , is displayed on the air condition-
ing control screen.
The windshield wiper de-icer will automati cally turn off after a period of time.
