Kattoluukku voidaan avata ja sulkea vir­talukon asennoissa "ACe ja "ON". Kat­toluukku toimii kattoluukun kytkinta painamalla .
1-Avaamin en Kattoluukku avautuu, kun kaitoluu­kun kytkimen (1) takaosaa
painetaan .
2-Sulkeminen Kattoluukku sulkeutuu, kun katto­luukun kytkimen (1 ) etuosaa paine­
taan .
HUOM Turv alli suussyi sta kattoluukku pysahtyy hetkeksi sulkem isen aikana noin 20 cm taysin auki -ase nnosta. Kattoluukku sulkeutuu kokonaan, jos kytkimen va­
senta pnolta painetaan uudemman ker­
ran .
3-Haikaisysuoja

Hiiikiiisysuoja toimii yhdessa katto­luukun kanssa ainoastaan silloin kun kattoluuku on auki.

The sunroof can be opened and closed with the ignitio n switch at either the "ACe or "ON" pos ition.
Th e
sunroof will operate while the sun­roof switch is being pressed .

unroof automatically opens completely if the rear side of the sunroof switch is pressed. 2-To close
The sunroof automatically closes if the front sid e of sunroof switch is
pressed .
NOTE For safety's sake , the sunroof tempo­
rarily stops after closing about 20 cm (8 in.) from th e full y opened position.
R e- press the left side of the switch. The
sunroof will close all the way.
3-Sunshade Slide the sunshade manually to open and close it.
The sunshade will operate together with the sunroof only when the sunroof is opened.

Manual operation of sunroof EF09B -Aa
If the switch develops a malfunction and
the sunroof will not move, use the fol­lowing procedure to open and close it:
1. Take the
sunroof wrench and the screwdriver out of the tool box.
2. To remove the cover, insert the end of a screwdriver and break the pawl of the cover attachment.
NOTE
Wrap a piece
of cloth around the tip of the screwdriver in order to avoid scratching the cover.
3. Fit for long end of the sunroof wrench into the screwdriver's multi­purpose handle. Next. insert the wrench into the sunroof motor drive shaft and close the sunroof by turn­
ing the wrench anti-clockwise.

The canvas top designed rear canvas top that will not only be much easier to fold down, but much more durable as well.
An electronically controlled front canvas sunroof also is optionally available _
& CAUTION When the ambient temperature is low (approximately 5·C or less), avoid opening and closing the canvas, as there is danger of damage to the texture.
To store
1 _ During a storm or heavy rain or when leaving the vehicle
for a long period, place a body cover to both prevent water entry and protect the canvas and vehicle body paint. 2_ For long storage periods, keep the canvas closed. If the
canvas is folded and left stored , it may wrinkle.

& VAROITUS Alkaa jattako istuimien lammitysta paalle tarpeetto­masti. silla akku saattaa tyhjeta. Kayttakaa lam­mittimia suurimmalla teholla lammittaaksenne istui­men nopeasti. Istuimen lammittya saatakaa lammittimen teho pienimmilleen ja istuin pysyy lam­pimana. Istuimen lampotilassa saattaa tuntua pienia vaihteluita lammittimen ollessa kaytossa. Tama johtuu istuimen sisaisesta termostaatista, eika sui nkaan ole merkki toimintahairiosta. lammittimen kayttoa ei suositella mikali istuimella istuu lapsi. vanhus tai sairas henkilo. -._-------
Istuimelle ei tule laskea painavia esineita, eika myoskaan teravia
esineita kuten esim. nastoja tai nuppineuloja. Lammittimen ollessa kaytossa istuinta ei saa peittaa tyynyilla , huovilla tai muilla lampoa eristavilla materiaaleilla , silla talloin on olemassa lammittimen ylikuumenemisen vaara.
Istuinta puhdistettaessa
ei tule kayttaa bentseenia , bensiinia , alkoholia tai muita orgaanisia liuottimia, silla ne saattavat vahingoittaa ei ainoastaan istuimen paallysta, vaan myos itse
lammitinta. Mikali vetta tai jotain muuta nestetta laikkyy istuimelle, antakaa sen kuivua kunnolla, ennen kuin kaytatte lammitinta .
& CAUTION Switch off seat heaters when not in use: leaving the heater on could run down the battery. Operate the heaters at high for quick heating. After the seat has become warm, set the heater to low to keep it warm. Slight variations in the seat temperature may be felt while using the heated seats. This is caused by the operation of the heater's internal thermostat ·and does not indicate a malfunction.
If the following types of persons use the heated seats, they might become too hot or receive minor burns (red skin, heat bl isters, etc.) :
(1) Children , elderly persons , ill persons (2) Person with sensitive skin (3) Excessively fatigued persons (4) Persons under the influence of alcohol or sleep inducing medication (cold medicine , etc.)
Do
not place heavy objects on the seat or stick pins, needles , or
other pointed objects into it. Do not use a blanket. cushion, or other material with high heat
insulation properties on the seat while using the heater ; doing
so could cause the heater to overheat. When cleaning the seat. do not use benzine, gasoline, alcohol,
or other organic solvents; doing so could damage not only the
surface of the seat. but also the heater.

kallistuu eteenpain ja samaan aikaan koko istuin liikkuu eteenpain. Jos haluatte palauttaa istuimen, tybnta­kaa sita taaksepain kunnes kuuluu "nak­sahdus", jolloin istuin lukkiutuu alkupe­raiseen asentoon.

If water or any other liquid is spilled on the seat, allow it to dry thoroughly before attempting to use the heater.
Turn the heater off immediately if it appears to be malfunction­ing during use.
To get in and out of the rear seat*
The lever or pedal can be used to make getting in and out easier.

For models equipped with the pedal, when the lever or pedal is used, the seatback will tilt forward and at the same
time the entire seat will move forward. To return the seat, push it backward until there is a "click" and the seat will lock in
the original position.

jaahdytysnesteen lampotilan, kum virta­
avain on "ON" -asennossa. Mikiili mitta­rin neula osoittaa punaista aluetta ajon
aikama, on moottori ylikuumentunut. Pysakoi autosi valittomiisti turvalliseen
paikkaan ja ryhdy tarpeellisiin toimenpi­teisiin, (Kts. kohta "Moottorin ylikuume­neminen" sivulta 268,)
Huolehdi siita, etta moottorin liimpottila pysyy normaalina ajon aikana.

Water temperature gauge ED06A,D
The water temperature gauge indicates
the engine coolant temperature when the ignition switch is at the "ON" posi ­
tion. If the indication needle enters the
red zone while the engine is running, it
probably indicates that the engine is
overheated. Immediately park your vehi ­
cle in a safe place and make the neces ­
sary corrections. (Refer
to "Engine Over­
heating" on page 268.)
While driving, care should always be
taken to maintain the normal operating temperature .

HUOM (1) Niikyvii ulkoliimpotila saattaa poiketa oikeasta johtuen ympiiristo-ja ajo-olosuhteista.
(2) Jos aJoneuvon sisiilla tai ulkopuolella oleva lampotila on
aile -30°C astetta tai yli 70'C astetta, niiytossa nakyy virhemerkintii (- E'C , E'C) .
Jos naytossa nakyy virhemerkintii vaikka liimpotila on -30'C
-70' C rajoissa, tarkastuta liimpomittari tai liimpotilan tunnistaja valtuutetulla MITSUBISHI-myyjalla.

Thermometer* EDlOA·D
The thermometer displays the tempera ­
tures inside and outside the vehicle when the ignition switch is at "ACe or "ON".

Each time the switch is pressed the thermometer alt ernate ly
displays either the inside temperature or the outside tempera ­
ture.
NOTE
(1) Th e externa l temperature displayed may differ from the
actua l temperature on account of surrounding conditions, driving conditions, etc. (2) Temperatures inside or outside the vehicle that are below -30'C (- 22 °F) or over 70'C (158'F) will result in an error
message being displayed (- EOC or -EoF , EOC or E'F).
If
an error message is displayed even though the actua l tem ­
perature is within the range of -30°C ( -22 'F) to 70°C (158'F) contact an authorized MITSUBISHI dealer for inspection of the
thermometer's thermo sensor.
