console. Openthelidand connect aUSB memory as
illustrated.
If the system hasbeen turned offwhile theUSB
memory wasplaying, pushing thePWR button will
start theUSB memory .
WARNING:
Do not connect, disconnect oroperate theUSB
device whiledriving. Doingsocan beadistrac-
tion. Ifdistracted youcould losecontrol ofyour
vehicle andcause anaccident orserious injury.
CAUTION:
. Donot force theUSB device intotheUSB
port. Inserting theUSB device tiltedorup-
side-down intotheport may damage the
port. Make surethattheUSB device is
connected correctlyintotheUSB port. .
Donot grab theUSB portcover (ifequipped)
when pulling theUSB device outofthe port.
This could damage theport andthecover.
. Donot leave theUSB cable inaplace where
it can bepulled unintentionally. Pullingthe

Connecting iPod:

The USB outlet connector islocated inthe center
console. Openthelidand connect theiPod cable to
the USB connector. Thebattery ofthe iPod ischarged
while theconnection tothe vehicle.
Depending onthe version ofthe iPod,the display on
the iPod shows aNISSAN orAccessory Attached
screen whentheconnection iscompleted. Whenthe
iP od isconnected tothe vehicle, theiPod music library
can only beoperated bythe vehicle audiocontrols.
