Put the cap on before stowing a bottle. Do not place open bottles in the bot−
tle holders, or glasses and paper cups containing liquid. The contents may

Outside temperature display
nOperating conditions
The “ENGINE START STOP” switch is in IGNITION ON mode.
nWhen is displayed
The system may be malfunctioning. Take your vehicle to your Toyota dealer.
nDisplay
lIn the following situations, the correct outside temperature may not be
displayed, or the display may take longer than normal to change.
When stopped, or driving at low speeds (less than 20 km/h (12 mph))
When the outside temperature has changed suddenly (at the entrance/
exit of a garage or tunnel etc.) The displayed temperature rangesfrom 22F (30C) up to 122F
(50C).

Press in and release the lid to
open.
Press down on the lock spring
plate to remove.
Push the lid to close.

Pull the ashtray lid to open.
Pull the ashtray upwards to
remove.

nWhen not in use
Keep the ashtray closed.
Injuries may result in the event of an accident or sudden braking.
nTo prevent fire
lFully extinguish matches and cigarettes before putting them in the ashtray,
then make sure the ashtray is fully closed.

Do not place paper or any other type of flammable object in the ashtray.

Cigarette lighter
nThe cigarette lighter can be used when
The “ENGINE START STOP” switch is in ACCESSORY or IGNITION ON
mode.
CAUTION
nTo avoid burns or fires
lDo not touch the metal parts of the cigarette lighter.
lDo not hold the cigarette lighter down. It could overheat and cause a fire.

Do not insert anything other than the cigarette lighter into the outlet.
Push the cigarette lighter in.
The cigarette lighter will pop up
when ready for use.
