REAR INTERIOR LAYOUT
They are located on the back of the
front seats.
Two boxes are available, located under
the rear passenger footwells.
To open them, lift the lid using the
groove

It is located at the rear of the central
console if the lighter is installed in the
front.
12 volt socket (100 W max)
Lift up the control to release the table
and unfold it.
Aircraft style tables
Reading lamps are built into the back of
the front seats, behind the tables. With
the ignition on, they light up the top of
the table without inconveniencing other
passengers.
They are only accessible if the table is
unfolded.
Press the button to switch the light
on or off.
Individual reading lamps
Do not place hard or heavy objects
on the table. They could become
dangerous projectiles in the event
of sharp braking or impact.
As a safety precaution, if too much
pressure is exerted the table will
fold back downwards.

tions allows you to:
- maximise the volume of the boot,
- partition the boot (storing of the rear shelf...),
- o b t a i n a fl a t fl o o r f r o m t h e b o o t opening to the front seats, when the
rear bench seat is in the retracted

the low position
Press to release the handle located
at the boot opening.

lifting the handle.

rearwards, then downwards, using
the handle, following the slides on
the sides.

Press to release the handle.

lifting the handle.
Use the handle to manoeuvre the
m o v a b l e b o o t fl o o r r e a r w a r d s , t h e n
upwards to its high position.
Lock it by folding down the handle.
In the high position, the movable boot
fl o o r p e r m i t s s t o r i n g o f t h e r e a r s h e l f
and fragile objects.
T h e m o v a b l e b o o t fl o o r i s fi t t e d w i t h f o u r
stowing rings to secure your loads using
the net available as an accessory.

Hooks
The hooks permit the securing of shop-
ping bags. Load space cover
This consists of three sections.
T h e f r o n t s e c t i o n i s fl e x i b l e , a n d t h e
central and rear sections are rigid.
The rear section is secured to the tail-
gate by two cords.
To remove it from the boot:
unhook the two cords,
gently lift up the cover to remove it
f r o m i t s fi x i n g s ,
remove the cover.
It can be stored under the movable boot
fl o o r , i f t h i s i s i n i t s h i g h p o s i t i o n .

CHILD SAFETY
CITROËN recommends that chil-
dren should travel in the rear seats
of your vehicle:
- "rearwards-facing" up to the
age of 2,
- "forwards-facing" over the
age of 2.
GENERAL POINTS RELATING TO CHILD SEATS INSTALLING A CHILD SEAT USING A THREE POINT SEAT BELT
"Forwards-facing"
When a "forwards-facing" child seat is
installed on the front passenger seat ,
adjust the vehicle's seat to the interme-
diate longitudinal position with the seat
back upright and leave the passenger
airbag activated.
"Rearwards-facing"
When a "rearwards-facing" child seat is
installed on the
front passenger seat ,
it is essential that the passenger airbag
is deactivated. Otherwise, the child
would risk being seriously injured or
killed if the
airbag
w e r e t o i n fl a t e .
Intermediate longitudinal position

The rules for transporting children are
s p e c i fi c t o e a c h c o u n t r y . R e f e r t o t h e
current legislation in your country.
A l t h o u g h o n e o f C I T R O Ë N ' s m a i n c r i -
teria when designing your vehicle, the
safety of your children also depends on
you.
For maximum safety, please follow
these precautions:
- in accordance with European reg-
ulations, all children under the
age of 12 or less than one
and a
half metres
tall must travel in ap-
proved child seats suited to their
weight , o n s e a t s fi t t e d w i t h a s e a t
belt or ISOFIX mountings * ,
- statistically, the safest seats in
your vehicle for the transportation
of children are the rear seats,
- a child weighing less than 9 kg
must travel in the "rearwards-
facing" position both in the front
a n d i n t h e r e a r .
