❒press the bulb holder tab G-fig. 25to
remove it;
❒remove bulbs slightly pushing them
and turning counterclockwise.
The bulbs are arranged inside the light unit
as follows (fig. 25):
Htaillights / brake lights;
Idirection indicators.ADDITIONAL BRAKING LIGHT

To change the bulb, proceed as follows:
❒open the tailgate;
❒remove the snap-fitted cover A-

❒open the tailgate;
❒loosen the two screws F-fig. 24and
remove the light unit;
❒remove the electrical connector;

To change the bulb, proceed as follows:
❒work in the point shown by the arrow
and remove lens A;
❒change the bulb Breleasing it from the
side contacts and making sure the new
bulb is correctly fastened between the
contacts;
❒refit the lens.

FRONT CEILING LIGHT

To change the bulb, proceed as follows:
❒work in the points shown by the ar-
rows and remove cover A;
❒turn the 2 bulb holders Bcounter-
clockwise, remove and replace bulbs;
❒press catches B-fig. 27and remove
the bulb holder;
❒remove the snap-fitted bulbs and chan-
ge them;
❒refit the bulb holder making sure cat-
ches B-fig. 27click into place.

IF A FUSE BLOWS
GENERAL fig. 37
The fuse is a protective device for the
electric system: it comes into action (i.e.
it cuts off) mainly due to a fault or impro-
per action on the system.
When a device does not work, check the
efficiency of its fuse: the conductor ele-
ment Amust be intact. If not, replace the
fuse with one of the same amp rating (sa-
me colour).
Bundamaged fuse
Cfuse with damaged filament.
To replace a fuse, use the pliers Dhooked

To change the bulb, proceed as follows:
❒remove the light unit Alevering in the
point shown by the arrow;
❒replace the bulb Breleasing it from
the side contacts making sure that the
new bulb is correctly clamped
between the contacts.

Never replace a fuse with me-
tal wires or anything else.
Never change a fuse with
another with a higher amp
rating, DANGER OF FIRE.
WARNING
If a general fuse (MEGA-FU-
SE, MIDI-FUSE, MAXI-FU-
SE) cuts in, do not attempt any repair
and contact Fiat Dealership. Before
changing a fuse, check the ignition
key has been removed and that all
the other electric devices have been
turned off/disabled.
WARNING
If the fuse blows again, ha-
ve the car inspected at Fiat
Dealership.
