If your CD changer is located under the rear bench, the following
instructions apply for loading discs:
1. The holders DO NOT pull out.
Load the discs into the magazine
slots (numbered 1 through 6 on the
window) one at a time with labeled
surfaces upward.
2. Start with the bottom slot
number 1.
3. Insert the loaded magazine into
the CD changer with the arrow on
the top of the magazine pointing
toward the changer.
To remove discs:
1. Slide the corresponding lever on
the opposite side of the magazine
window. The disc will partially eject.
2. Remove the disc.
Radio power must be turned on to
play the CDs in the changer. The
magazine may be stored in the glove
box when not being used.
The CD magazine may be inserted or ejected with the radio power off.
ONLY use the magazine supplied with the CD changer, other types will
damage the unit.
Keep the CD changer door closed. Coins and foreign objects will damage
the CD player and void your audio system warranty.
Do not insert any promotional (odd shaped or sized) discs, or discs
with removable labels into the CD player as jamming may occur.
TROUBLESHOOTING THE CD CHANGER (IF EQUIPPED)
The laser beam used in the compact disc player is harmful to the
eyes. Do not attempt to disassemble the case.
If sound skips:

You may be traveling on a rough road, playing badly scratched discs or the
disc may be dirty. Skipping will not scratch the discs or damage the player.

Location of the spare tire and tools
The spare tire and tools for your vehicle are stowed in the following
locations:
Tool Location
Spare tire Under the vehicle, just forward of
the rear bumper
Jack, lug nut wrench Regular cab: Under the seat on the
passenger side
Super Cab: Under the front or rear
seat on the passenger side
Super Crew cab: In the passenger
side rear storage compartment
Jack handle On top of the radiator support at
the front of the engine
compartment
Key, spare tire lock In the glove box
Removing the spare tire
1. If equipped with a two piece lug wrench, assemble the lug wrench as
shown in the illustration.
²To assemble, screw the parts
together. To disassemble,
unscrew.
2. Attach the spare tire lock key (A)
to the jack handle (B).
