Römer ISOFIX GR1 and the Römer Duo ISOFIX / Britax Duo ISOFIX isapproved according to the requirement ECE-R44. This seat has been tested extensively by Hyundai and is recom-mended for your Hyundai. NOTE: At present, this seat is the only one complying with that provision. Incase that other manufacturers will furnish proof of a respective certifi- cation, Hyundai is going to evalu-ate this seat carefully and will give a recommendation provided that seat complies to the law. Please askyour Hyundai dealer in this respect.

B230D02FC-GAT Securing a Child Restraint Sys- tem with "ISOFIX" System and"Tether Anchorage" System ISOFIX is a standardised method of fitting child seats that eliminates the need to use the standard adult seatbelt to secure the seat in the vehicle. This enables a much more secure and positive location with the added benefitof easier and quicker installation. An ISOFIX-seat can only be installed if it has vehicle-specific approval in ac- cordance with the requirements of ECE-R44. For your Hyundai, theHyundai ISOFIX GR1 / Hyundai Duo / B230F01FC

B460B02E-AAT OPERATING THE SUNROOF SYSTEMOpening or Closing the Sunroof
HFC2021
The sunroof can be only electrically opened or closed. To open or to close, press and hold the button located inthe front overhead console. Release the button when the sunroof reaches the desired position.
SUNROOF
B470A02S-AAT SUNSHADE The sunshade can be opened and closed by sliding it forward or rearward when the sunroof is closed. The sun- shade will be open automatically whenthe sunroof is opened, but it must be closed manually.
B460A01S-AAT (If installed) The sunroof can be operated with the ignition key in the "ON" position
B470A01FCREAR SEAT ARM REST
B611A02FC-AAT (If Installed) The rear seat arm rest is located in the center of the rear seat back with a storage box. The drink holder in the box can be usedby opening the lid of the arm rest. B610A01FC
WARNING:
o Do not place objects other than cups or cans on the drink holder. Such objects can be thrown out in the event of a sudden stop oran accident, possibly injuring the passengers in the vehicle.
o Be careful not to injure your fin-
gers when you open the lid of thearm rest.

If the sunroof does not electrically op- erate:
1. Remove the rectangular plastic in- terior light lens in the front overhead console. HFC1036B460C02S-AAT Tilting the Sunroof The sunroof can be tilted by pushing the "UP" button with the sunroof closed. Release the button when the sunroof reaches the desired position. To closethe sunroof, press the "DOWN" but- ton. NOTE: After washing the car or after there is rain, be sure to wipe off any water that is on the sunroof before oper-ating it. HFC2022

o Do not close a sunroof if anyone's hands, arms or body are between the sliding glass and the sunroof sash, as this could result in aninjury.
o Do not place your head or arms
out of the sunroof opening at anytime.
CAUTION:
o Do not open the sunroof in se- verely cold temperature or whenit is covered with ice or snow.
o Periodically remove any dirt that
may have accumulated on theguide rails.

B480A01E-AAT FRONT INTERIOR LIGHT Map Light The two map light switches are located on both sides of the front overhead console. Push in the map light switch to turn the light on or off. 4. Turn the wrench clockwise to open or counterclockwise to close.
2. Turn the hexagonal bolts with a socket wrench counterclockwise to remove the front overhead console.
3. Insert the hexagonal head wrench provided with the vehicle into the socket. This wrench can be found inthe vehicle's luggage room or glove box. HFC1037
