INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1Check voltage between terminals +B and GND of ECU connector.

PRemove ECU with connectors still connected.
Measure voltage between terminals +B and GND of
ECU connector.
Voltage: 10 ± 14 V
Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on matrix chart
(See page SR±52).
2Check continuity between terminal GND of ECU connector and body ground.
OK
PMeasure resistance between terminal GND of ECU con-
nector and body ground.
Condition: Continuity
Repair or replace harness or connector.
Go to Step

Check continuity of PWR fusible link.

1Check voltage between terminals VC and E1 of ECU connector.

Measure voltage between terminals V
C and E1 of ECU
connector.
Voltage: 4 ± 6 V
Go to Step

2Check for open in harness and connector between terminals Vc and E1 of ECU connector.
Repair or replace harness or connector.
Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on ma-
trix chart (See page SR±52).
3Check for short in harness between terminal VC and E1 of ECU connector.
Repair or replace harness or connector.
Check and replace ECU.
