Suggestions for Obtaining
Service for Your Vehicle Prepare for the Appointment If warranty work is required, be sure
to have the right papers with you and
take your warranty folder. Not all
work being performed may be
covered by the warranty: therefore
discuss additional charges with the
service manager. It is advisable to keep
a maintenance log of your vehicle’s
service history, as this can often
provide a clue to the current problem.
Prepare a List Make a written list of your vehicle’s
problems or the specific work you
wish to be performed. If the vehicle
has had an accident or work done that
is not indicated on the maintenance
log, please communicate this to the
service advisor.
Optimize the Requests If there are a number of items
needing attention, it is advisable to
discuss this with your service advisor to
agree on the order of priorities.
At many Authorized Dealers/Service
Centers , it is possible to obtain a
loaner vehicle or a rental vehicle at a minimal daily charge. If you need a
rental vehicle, it is advisable to make
these arrangements prior to the visit,
for example when you call to set the
appointment.

set highest priority to the client’s
satisfaction with the products and
services.
Warranty service must be performed
