Do not use diese ltorefuel vehicles with a
petrol engine. Do not switc honthe igni tion
if you accidentally refuel with the wrong
fuel. Otherwise, the fuel will enter the fuel
system. Even smal lamount softhe wrong fuel could result in damage to the fuel sys-
tem and the engine. The repair costs are
high. Notify
aqualified specialist workshop
and have the fuel tan kand fue llin es
draine dcompletely.

Do not mix these fuels with petrol, and do
not use any additives. This can otherwise
lead to engin edamage. This does not
include cleanin gadditives for the removal
and prevention of residue build-up. Only
cleanin gadditives recommended by
Mercedes-Ben zshould be added to petrol,
see "Additives". You can obtai nfurther
information from any Mercedes-Benz
Service Centre.
Usuall yyou will fin dinformation abou tthe
fuel grade on the pump. If you cannot fin dthe
label on the petrol pump, ask the filling sta-
tion staff.
i E10f uel contains up to 10% bioethanol.
Your vehicle is suitable for use with E10
fuel. You can refuel your vehicle using E10
fuel.
i Asatemporary measure, if the recom-
mended fuel is not available, you may also
use unleaded petrol with an octane rating
of 91 RON/82 MON. This may reduce
engine performanc eand increas efuel con-
sumption. Avoid driving at full throttle. 424
