1. Disconnect ECM harness connector.
2. Disconnect ECCS relay.
3. Check harness continuity between ECM
terminals

3. Perform ``COOLING FAN'' in
``ACTIVE TEST'' mode with
CONSULT and make sure that
cooling fan operates when touch-
ing ``ON''.
