HIGH FLASHER OPERATION
BCM detects the turn signal lamp circuit status by the current value.
BCM increases the turn signal lamp blinking speed if the bulb or harness open is detected with the turn signal
lamp operating.
NOTE:
The blinking speed is normal while activating the hazard warning lamp.

1.CHECK POWER SUPPLY
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect rear sunshade control unit connector.
3. Turn ignition switch ON.
4. Check voltage between rear sunshade control unit harness connector and ground.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES >> GO TO 2.
NO >> Repair or replace harness.
2.CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Check continuity between rear sunshade control unit harness connector and ground.
Is the result normal?
YES >> GO TO 3.
NO >> Repair or replace harness.
3.CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT

3.CHECK REAR SUNSHADE SWITCH (FRONT) CIRCUIT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect rear sunshade switch (front and rear) connector and rear sunshade control unit connector.
3. Check continuity between rear sunshade switch (front) harness connector and rear sunshade control unit
harness connector.
4. Check continuity between rear sunshade switch harness connector and ground.
