Folding the seat from
the rear
Check that no object, either on or underneath
the seat, could hinder its movement.
Returning the seat back to its original position
F Put the seat back in the upright position and secure it, the seat cushion also returns
to its original position,

control 1 , is no longer visible,

efit the head restraints or put them back in
place.

ove the corresponding front seat
forwards if necessary,

heck that the seat belt is positioned
correctly on the side of the seat back,

lace the head restraints in the low position
or remove them if necessary, F

ull the control 1 for wards to release the
seat backrest 2 then fold it forwards. When returning the rear seat back to its original
position, take care not to trap the seat belts
and ensure that their buckles are positioned
c o r r e c t l y.

For maximum safety, please observe the
following recommendations:

travel in approved child seats suited to
their weight , on seats fitted with a seat
belt or ISOFIX mountings*,

travel in the " rearward facing" position
both in the front and in the rear. PEUGEOT recommends

should travel in the outer rear seats of

Child seat at the rear
"Rearward facing"
When a "rear ward facing" child seat is installed
on a rear passenger seat, move the vehicle's
front seat for wards and straighten the backrest
so that the "rear ward facing" child seat does
not touch the vehicle's front seat.
"Forward facing"
When a "for ward facing" child seat is installed
on a rear passenger seat , move the vehicle's
front seat for wards and straighten the backrest
so that the legs of the child in the "for ward
facing" child seat do not touch the vehicle's
front seat.

When a "for ward facing" child seat is installed
on the front passenger seat, adjust the
vehicle's seat to the fully back and highest
position with seat backrest straightened and
leave the passenger's airbag activated.
Child seat in the front*

tensioned.
For child seats with a support leg, ensure
that the support leg is in firm and stable
contact with the floor. If necessary, adjust
the the passenger seat. Passenger seat in the fully back and

to the fully back and highest position, with the
backrest straightened.
