CONDITIONING

c e n t r a l a n d s i d e v e n t s w h i c h c a n b e
d i r e c t e d s i d e w a y s ( r i g h t o r l e f t ) t o w a r d s
t h e t o p o f t h e b o d y . F o r y o u r c o m f o r t
w h i l e d r i v i n g , d o n o t c l o s e t h e m , d i r e c t
t h e fl o w o f a i r t o w a r d s t h e w i n d o w s
i n s t e a d .
T h e a i r v e n t s d i r e c t e d t o w a r d s t h e fl o o r
of the vehicle complete the equipment. Passenger compartment filter,
carbon filter

I n a l l s e a s o n s , t h e a i r c o n d i t i o n i n g
s h o u l d o n l y b e u s e d w i t h t h e w i n d o w s
c l o s e d . H o w e v e r , i f t h e i n t e r i o r
temperature remains high after a
p r o l o n g e d p e r i o d p a r k e d i n t h e s u n , d o
not hesitate to ventilate the passenger
compartment for a few minutes.

p o s s i b l e a s i t p e r m i t s o p t i m i s e d
c o n t r o l o f a l l o f t h e f u n c t i o n s : a i r fl o w ,
passenger compartment comfort

1 - AUTO mode
This is the normal air
c o n d i t i o n i n g o p e r a t i n g m o d e .
Refer to the beginning of the
" V e n t i l a t i o n " s e c t i o n o f c h a p t e r 6 .
T h e d r i v e r a n d f r o n t p a s s e n g e r c a n
e a c h a d j u s t t h e a i r t e m p e r a t u r e t o s u i t
their requirements.
T h e y c a n a l s o a c t i v a t e o r d i s a r m t h e
r e a r v e n t i l a t i o n a d j u s t m e n t c o n t r o l s .
F o r y o u r c o m f o r t , t h e s e t t i n g s s e l e c t e d
w h e n t h e i g n i t i o n i s s w i t c h e d o f f w i l l b e
r e t a i n e d w h e n i t i s s w i t c h e d o n a g a i n , i f t h e
temperature in the passenger compartment

o p e r a t i o n w i l l r e s u m e i n a u t o m a t i c m o d e .
- Press the "AUTO" button.

passenger compartment is comfortable

Y o u d o n o t h a v e t o m a k e a n y f u r t h e r
a d j u s t m e n t s .
W h e n t h e e n g i n e i s c o l d , i n o r d e r
t o p r e v e n t a r u s h o f c o l d a i r , t h e
ventilation will reach its optimum level
progressively.

- t h e w i n d s c r e e n a n d t h e f o o t w e l l s ,
- the footwells.
T h e i n d i c a t o r l i g h t c o r r e s p o n d i n g t o t h e
p o s i t i o n s e l e c t e d 4 comes on.

Adjustment of the rear
ventilation ("REAR" version)
T o p e r m i t a d j u s t m e n t o f
the ventilation to the rear
p a s s e n g e r s , p r e s s t h e REAR
button.
The rear ventilation symbol is
d i s p l a y e d .
3 - Passenger's temperature
adjustment
T h e r e q u i r e d v a l u e i s d i s p l a y e d ( f r o m
1 4 t o 2 8 : c o m f o r t v a l u e = 2 1 ) .
T h e m a x i m u m d i f f e r e n c e b e t w e e n t h e
v a l u e d i s p l a y e d f o r t h e d r i v e r a n d f o r t h e
passenger may not be greater than 5.
I f y o u u s e t h e s e m a n u a l a d j u s t m e n t s ,
the AUTO symbol switches off.
P r e s s t h e c o r r e s p o n d i n g + a n d -
b u t t o n s t o a d j u s t .
T o m a k e t h e d r i v e r a n d p a s s e n g e r
setting the same:
- a i r c o n d i t i o n i n g w i t h " M O N O " v e r s i o n , p r e s s t h e MONO button.
- a i r c o n d i t i o n i n g w i t h " R E A R " v e r s i o n , p r e s s t h e + button for more
t h a n t w o s e c o n d s .
O n e n t e r i n g t h e v e h i c l e , t h e
interior temperature may be
c o n s i d e r a b l y l o w e r ( o r h i g h e r )
than is comfortable. It is not necessary
t o c h a n g e t h e v a l u e d i s p l a y e d i n o r d e r
t o q u i c k l y o b t a i n t h e d e s i r e d l e v e l o f
comfort. The system will operate at
maximum performance to reach the
comfort value set.
MONO Version
Press this button once to
obtain an even temperature
throughout the passenger
compartment. The reference
v a l u e i s s e l e c t e d b y t h e
d r i v e r .
Take care not to obstruct
t h e s i d e v e n t s a n d t h e
a i r o u t l e t s o n t h e fl o o r .
T h e r o w 2 s i d e v e n t s a i r
