Dashboard fuses
To access the fuses under the dashboard (to the left of the driver), turn the two knobs on the cover by one quarter of a turn. Fuse chart and table See following pages.

Two fuse boxes are located under the dashboard and one fuse box is located in the engine compartment.Engine compartment fuses
To access the fuse box located in the engine compartment (beside the bat- tery), unclip the cover as indicated in the diagram.
At the end of the operation, close the cover very carefully.
WARNING Operations on the MAXI second-level protection fuses, located at B,
must be carried out by an approved dealer.Fuse chart and table See following pages.Removing and inserting a fuse Before changing a fuse, it is necessary to know and
correct the cause of the incident. The fuse numbersare marked on the fuse box. Always replace a faulty fuse with a fuse of the same amperage. Use the special pliers Aprovided on the fuse box.

To maintain steering, do not remove the ignition key.
105TOWING AND LIFTING THE VEHICLE
Towing with wheels on the ground
Towing eyes are at the front and rear of the vehicle.
Towing at slow speed for a short distance is permissible in emergencies
(depending on road traffic regulations).Use a bar with hooks attached to the towing eyes indicated above.
Being towed with the front or rear wheels lifted Use a special rigid towing bar with belt attachments. Fit the belt attachments to the front
crossmember.
Take the necessary precautions to protect the bumpers and the front orrear of the vehicle.
Tow at slow speed.
WARNING
When the engine is not running there is no power assistance for the steering and braking systems.

The oils which appear in the sketch opposite are suitable for most pur-poses. The sketch opposite states the opti- mum range of viscosity depending onthe temperatures at which the oils areto be used. It is also possible to usesynthetic oils of Ôsuperior qualityÕ. In the absence of semi-synthetic or
synthetic oils, oils of API SH/SJ qual-ity (for petrol engines), or CD/CF (fordiesel engines) may be used by fol-
lowing the ÔArduous ConditionsÕ main-tenance schedule which specifiesshorter intervals. Do not hesitate to ask for advice from a Peugeot dealer to maintain drivingpleasure and to minimise the mainte-nance cost of your vehicle. For coun-tries outside Europe, please contact a
