4.Reassembleinreverseorder.

1.Insertreleasecardatthesideoftheauxiliaryheadlight.Theauxiliaryheadlightisreleasedbypushinginthecard.Thecardmayhavetobepushedagaintoreleasethesecondconnection.
2.Removeauxiliaryheadlight.EnsurethattheventhoseDisnotlostwhentheauxiliaryheadlightispulledout.

Pleaseobservethechapter”LIGHTS,REPLAC-INGBULBS”onpage302.
Theadjustmentismadewiththevehiclereadytodriveandthefueltankcompletelyfilled.
Thedriver’sseatmustbeloadedbyapersonora165lbs.(75kg)weightandthetirepressuresmustmeettheprescribedvalues.Afterbeingloaded,thecarmustberolledafewmeterssothatthesuspensioncansettle.
Forcheckingtheheadlightadjustment,theverticalpositionofthecutoffofthelowbeam(seefig.)hastobeprojectedonaverticalscreen(wall)indistanceof24.6ft.(7.5m)fromthefrontlensoftheheadlamp.Thecorrectpositionofthecutoffis2in.(5cm)at24.6ft.or7.5m(0.4)belowahorizontalline,xin.(cm)fromgroundtothecenteroftheheadlamplens.
