Fault finding - Fault Finding Chart
ALP 1 No dialogue with the multimedia network interface computer
NOTESSwitch on the + after ignition feed to enter fault finding mode with the computer.
Use the wiring diagrams Technical Note for Scénic II ph2, Espace IV ph2,
Trafic II ph2 or Kangoo 2.
Try the diagnostic tool on another vehicle.
Is it possible to establish dialogue with another computer?
YES NO
On the defective vehicle.
Check the battery voltage.
Check the condition and
connection of the battery
connections.
Check the condition of the fuses.
Check:
–the connection between the diagnostic tool and the
diagnostic sensor (wiring in good condition),
–the connection between the diagnostic sensor and the
diagnostic socket (wiring in good condition).
AFTER REPAIRCarry out a complete check with the diagnostic tool.
