HINWEIS ZUM UMGANG
ACHTUNG:
Nicht die Schraube {(Drosselposi-
tionssensor, TPS)} 1 lösen, aus-
genommen wenn der TPS (Dros-
selpositionssensor) aufgrund von
Fehlfunktion ausgetauscht wer-
den muß, denn dadurch wird ein
Nachlassen der Motorleistung be-
wirkt.
INSPEKTION DER STECKVERBIN-

REMARQUE
ATTENTION:
Ne pas desserrer la vis (TPS) 1 sauf
s’il faut changer le capteur de position

Tourner la vis d’arrêt d’accélérateur
jusqu’à ce que l’axe de l’accélérateur

NOTA SOBRE EL MANEJO
PRECAUCION:
No aflojar el tornillo {TPS (sensor de
posición del acelerador)} 1 excepto
cuando haya que cambiar el TPS (sen-
sor de posición del acelerador) a causa
de un fallo, porque esto producirá una
caída en el rendimiento del motor.

TPS REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT
1. Remove:
TPS coupler
Screw (TPS) 1
Plain washer 2
TPS 3
NOTE:
Loosen the screws (TPS) using the T20 bit
(tamper resistant fastener type).
2. Replace:
TPS

TPS 1
Plain washer 2

NOTE:
Align the slot a in the TPS with the projec-
tion b on the carburetor.
Temporarily tighten the screws (TPS).

REMPLACEMENT ET REGLAGE

1. Déposer:

Rondelle ordinaire 2

N.B.:
Desserrer les vis (TPS) à l’aide d’un
embout T20 (pour vis de type intrafica-
ble).
2. Remplacer:

N.B.:
Aligner la fente a pratiquée dans le
TPS sur la saillie b du carburateur.
Serrer temporairement les vis (TPS).3. Inspeccionar:

ha aumentado cuando haya
movido la empuñadura del ace-
lerador de la posición comple-
tamente cerrado a la posición
completamente abierto.

SUSTITUCIÓN Y AJUSTE DEL TPS
1. Inspeccionar:

Arandela plana 2

NOTA:
Afloje los tornillos (TPS) utilizando la
punta T20 (fijador de tipo resistente a la
presión).
2. Reemplazar:

3. Instalar:

Acoplador del TPS
NOTA:
Alinee la ranura a del TPS con el
saliente b del carburador.
Apriete temporalmente los tornillos

4. Adjust:
Idle speed
5. Insert the thin electric conductors 2
(lead) into the TPS coupler 1, as shown,
and connect the tester to them.
CAUTION:
Do not insert the electric conductors
more than required because it may
reduce the waterproof function of the
coupler.
Make sure that a short-circuit dose not
develop between the terminals because it
may cause damage to electrical compo-
nents. Adjustment steps:
Attach the inductive tachometer (engine
tachometer) to the high tension cord.
Turn the throttle stop screw 1 until the
specified idle speed.
Refer to “IDLE SPEED ADJUSTMENT”
section in the CHAPTER 3.
Idle speed:
1,700 ~ 1,900 r/min
Tester (+) lead → Yellow lead 3
Tester (–) lead → Black lead 4
6. Start the engine.
7. Adjust:
TPS output voltage
Adjustment steps:
Adjust the installation angle of the TPS 1 to
obtain the specified output voltage.
NOTE:
Measure the output voltage accurately with
a digital electronic voltmeter that gives an
easy reading of a small voltage.

in den TPS-Steckverbinder 1
stecken, und das Prüfgerät
hier anschließen.
ACHTUNG:
Nicht die elektrischen Leiter
weiter als erforderlich einstek-
ken, da sonst die Wasserfestig-
keit des Steckers beeinträchtigt
werden kann.
Sicherstellen, daß sich kein
Kurzschluß zwischen den Kon-
takten entwickelt, da dadurch
Schäden an den elektrischen
Bauteilen verursacht werden
können.
6. Den Motor starten.
7. Einstellen:
TPS-Ausgangsspannung Einstellschritte:
Den induktiven Drehzahlmes-
ser (Motor-Drehzahlmesser)
am Hochspannungskabel an-
bringen.
Die Drosselanschlagschraue 1
drehen, bis Solldrehzahl er-
reicht ist.
Siehe hierzu den Abschnitt
“EINSTELLUNG DER LEER-
LAUFDREHZAHL” im KAPI-
TEL 3.
Leerlaufdrehzahl:
1.700–1.900 U/min

Einstellschritte:
Den Einbauwinkel von TPS 1 ein-
stellen, um die vorgeschriebene
Ausgangsspannung zu erhalten.
HINWEIS:
Die Ausgangsspannung akkurat
mit einem digitalen elektronische
Voltmeter messen, das leichte Ab-
lesung kleiner Spannungen er-
laubt.

4. Régler:
Vitesse de ralenti
5. Insérer les conducteurs électri-
ques fins 2 (fils) dans le cou-
pleur TPS 1, comme indiqué, et
y raccorder le manomètre.
ATTENTION:
Ne pas insérer les conducteurs élec-
triques plus que nécessaire sinon
l’étanchéité du coupleur peut être
réduite.
S’assurer qu’il n’y a pas de risque
de court-circuit entre les bornes
pour ne pas endommager les com-
posants électriques.
6. Démarrer le moteur.
7. Régler:
Tension de sortie du TPS Etapes du réglage:
Fixer le compte-tours inductif
(compte-tours du moteur) sur le
cordon haute tension.
Tourner la vis d’arrêt des gaz 1
jusqu’à la vitesse de ralenti spéci-
fiée.
Voir “Réglage du ralenti” au Cha-
pitre 3.
Vitesse de ralenti:
1.700 à 1.900 tr/mn
Fil de manomètre (+) →

Etapes du réglage:
Régler l’angle d’installation du TPS
1 pour obtenir la tension de sortie
spécifiée.
N.B.:
Mesurer la tension de sortie précisé-
ment avec un voltmètre électronique
indiquant les petites tensions.

4. Ajustar:
Velocidad de ralentí
5. Insertar los conductores eléctri-
cos finos 2 (cables) en el acopla-
dor TPS 1, como se muestra, y
conectar el tester a ellos.
PRECAUCION:
No insertar los conductores más de
lo requerido porque podrá dismi-
nuir la función de estanqueidad del
acoplador.
Asegurarse de que no se produzca
un cortocircuito entre los terminales
porque podrán dañarse los compo-
nentes eléctricos.
6. Arrancar el motor.
7. Ajustar:
Tensión de salida del TPS Pasos de ajuste:
Sujetar el tacómetro inductivo
(tacómetro del motor) al cable de
alta tensión.
Girar el tornillo 1 de parada del
acelerador hasta la velocidad de
ralentí especificada.
Consultar el apartado “AJUSTE
DE LA VELOCIDAD DE
RALENTÍ” del CAPÍTULO 3.
Velocidad de ralentí:
1.700 ~ 1.900 r/min

Pasos de ajuste:
Ajustar el ángulo de instalación del
TPS 1 para obtener la tensión de
salida especificada.
NOTA:
Medir con precisión la tensión de
salida utilizando un voltímetro electró-
nico digital que pueda medir fácil-
mente una pequeña tensión.

Folgendes Spezialwerkzeug benutzen.
Lampe und Lampenstecker

Die gesamte Lichtanlage auf
einwandfreie Verbindungen
überprüfen. Erneuern.
CDI-Magnet überprüfen.Lichtmaschi-
